I purchased this sauna to see if I even liked using one before diving in to purchase an outdoor wood one. This is a great unit for the price. It is small so fits easily in my bathroom. With about 20-30 min to warm up it gets plenty warm and stays warm over the next 30 minutes so I can work up a sweat. I added a few additional small hanging lights as I like to read in it and changed out the chair for a shower chair as the one that came with the sauna was a bit low for me. Great unit for the price and it was just what I needed to try out infrared. I just ordered the permanent outdoor wood model from Salusheat. Their customer service responding to inquiries is fantastic.

I love to sauna but don't have room for a sauna room at my house so this was a no brainer for me. I love it! It was so easy to set up and took less than 10 minutes. The steamer worked great and it was super relaxing! I also appreciate the little window that you can open to get a little break from the heat if needed. The chair was not very comfortable. It does take a bit to heat up and have the steam start, probably about 10-15 minutes. The red light was not an incentive for me to get the sauna, but it has been a nice perk. I also like that it has a hook for the door to stay open to dry after use. I am so happy that I got this all the perks of going to the sauna I can now get at my house.

This is a portable steam sauna. It comes with a chair, a tent, and a little machine that makes steam and noises like a wheezy baby — not loud, but definitely not a newborn. It was easy enough to put together, which is the only way I would use it. I’m not in a place emotionally where I can handle downloading instructions in Chinese or anything to do with an Allen wrench. Nobody has ever asked me if I wanted a sauna. So eventually I asked myself. And, just like I suspected, I said yes. I like the red light. The red light therapy — while the light’s not huge — is enclosed in some sort of polymer that I’m assuming prevents you from getting electrocuted, which honestly feels like the major selling point. Not getting electrocuted by something that plugs into a wall and shoots water into a lamp definitely helped sell me on this. Now I’m sitting in my living room, inside a tent, sweating naked on a camping chair it's like my therapist’s waiting room, hoping red light therapy will fix my credit, make me taller, or at least blur out some of my childhood. It says portable, but do I really wanna be the weird guy who brings the sauna?

I am seriously impressed with this portable sauna. Setup was quick and easy—took less than 10 minutes. The steam output is powerful, and the included folding chair is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable. The infrared red light therapy is a huge bonus and gives it that luxury spa feel. I love how adjustable the settings are, especially the 15 steam levels and timer options. After just a few sessions, I noticed a big difference in how relaxed and refreshed I feel. It’s compact enough to store away but big enough to sit in comfortably. Worth every penny if you’re looking to de-stress and detox at home.

This portable indoor infrared sauna is amazing for home use. The 660nm red light therapy feels soothing, and the 3L steamer produces plenty of steam for a full-body experience. The folding chair is comfortable, and I love having 15 heat levels to customize my session. Easy to set up and fold away, it’s perfect for relaxing and detoxing without leaving the house!

This was a no brainer. After a day in the gym it's great to loosen up your muscles. It's easy to set up and even easier to use. I'm such a fan of this sauna and will be using it as often as I possibly can.

I know some do cold plunges but I just can’t… too cold! Knowing the benefits of both cold and hot therapy for general wellness, decided to give this a try. I like it! Assembly was easy- and is easy to take down after use, too. Adjustable heat settings work well and the chair is comfortable to sit inside this, too. I like this a lot!
