My kid puts in his boxing gloves and punches and kicks the bag around and he loves it. The bag is pretty easy to inflate but the base does need a lot of water, good thing you just have to fill it once!

This punching bag is unexpected great. It has stood in 100 degree+ weather outside for a month. Has been abused by my grandson on a cement patio. Rain, sun, heat nothing has affected it. Stays inflated. Good product.
