The media could not be loaded. Set up was super easy. Out of the box, set in place and inflated in like 20 min total. Really cute, sturdy sides. Looks great. Started heater… that’s where it goes down hill. Starting temp 50 degrees, 24 hours later temp is 80. 48 hours in temp is 98. 72 hours in temp finally hits 104. Life gets busy, I get in a week later for the first time. It’s HOT. That 104 felt like scalding water - I turn off heater and turn on jets and get in an hour later. Bubbles are cute and noisy, not relaxing. I still like it though, I turn heater to 100 because it runs hot and cover it. 5 days later I go to get in and it’s at 64 degrees. I turn it off and back on. 3 days later it’s at 80 degrees. Unplug/replug, set heater on 100. Go on a trip, come home 6 days later, it’s at 61. Unit is on, lights and bubbles work. Heater shows it’s on but water coming through hose is cold. Reach out to return, it’s been 35 days total since receiving and they deny. Sent an email to the company for troubleshooting, haven’t heard back. Bottom line advice: buy a blow up hot tub from Costco, because you can always take it back. Amazon should eliminate this seller since their products are defective, and return our money!

This hot tub is awesome, so far I've really enjoyed it. Although, something in the pump box failed in the power will no longer come on. But I'm currently talking to customer service to get this remedied so far customer service has been very helpful I will update this review after the issue is resolved. All the electronics stopped working 3 days ago I have only owned the hot tub for 3 weeks from brand new I'm hoping this was just a lemon of a unit and my next one will last a few years.🤞

This is very easy to set up but I gave 3 stars because you cannot run the filter and the heater at the same time. It takes hours for it to heat but overall a good product

Heater stopped working after 2 days. Completely useless and impossible to find replacement part. Unfortunate because when operational it was great. Cheap water pump/heating element.
