Cheap product! I have had it for 3 months and the motor already went out. I sent the seller an email with no response. The seller approved a return but I have to pay for the whole thing to be returned which is 1/4 the price of the item. Very disappointed because the last one I had was a Coleman brand and it ran great for 3 years straight.

I ordered this and put it up the day it came. It comes with a little tarp to put on the ground so that you don’t have it sitting directly on the ground. I was impressed they thought about that because I was about to put my own down. I have been having neck and back problems from a car accident and needed something to try to help the aches and this is honestly surprisingly amazing for the cheap price. It heats up pretty quick too, going from 70 degrees to 104 in about 8 hours. Not bad at all! And it has its own cover to keep the heat in and keep the debris out. The bubbles are fantastic! They blow super hard like any other jacuzzi and the filters on it are super easy to clean if they get things in it. I would definitely say it is worth every penny I spent on it, and the best part? It took me a whole 15-20 minutes to assemble! Thank you 😊

Put up the same day I got it, followed all instructions. 50 degree weather where I am at. Gave it a full week and it would never get over 96 degrees. Gave it another week and still not over 96. Contacted customer service and they told me they would give me a credit of 220. I told them I would like a return shipping label. Took it to the post office and it was going to cost me $175 to ship it back to them. Got in touch with customer service yet again to have them give me a prepaid shipping label and they needed up telling me to keep the hot tub for myself and they would refund me back the full amount. Not a good company to work with. Nor product. Do not recommend.
