I received this in October in December it stopped working They said clean filter a little small plastic piece that I didn’t receive. I was frustrated but between Amazon and the Company they were going to send me the heating pump but instead sent me the whole unit(not the tube) took 28 days(China) but it now working and they sent the filter as well. Two little girls from next door wanted to “swim” in the hot tub. After they got out, I cleaned the filters and there was some hair in them. I replaced the filters the next day. The day after that, the pump/filter had an error code. The filter burned up and now needs to be replaced just over that little bit of hair, I’m assuming. So now I have to pay another $280 to replace the filters/pump.

We've been very happy with this hot tub, as a test run to get a permanent one. The heater isn't strong and required a booster heater which we purchased for about $20, but for the money, it's fantastic. And in Texas, it's not cool enough most of the year to use one anyway, so the ability to tear it down very easily is a huge win for us - very portable. Definitely a great value overall, if you can keep the temp where you want it. I had to keep in mind this is a 110v unit, so of course a smaller heater like that isn't going to be super effective. In cold climates, I'd imagine it would be a bigger deal. Very functional, easy to clean.
