My piano is easier to move than this thing! It weighs a ton & you should not be fooled by the wheels. Seriously try to move it before purchase! It’s gigantic, ugly and you’ll probably need to take it apart to move it.

    • This chair is pretty good
This chair is overall pretty good but not exceptional. The 3 things I find unsatisfactory and 1 thing that could improve are as follows: 1. There is no hamstring/buttock massage. If I had been thinking clearly I would never have purchased this chair if I had noticed. I work out a lot and the hamstring/buttock massage absence is a huge let down 2. The foot rollers are way to rough, even with the pads in. The rollers should have been made with a softer material then hard plastic. You can adjust the speed of the rollers or turn them off but that will also turn off rollers in other parts of the chair. And If you turn the rollers off there is no foot massage. So this is very disappointing because my job I am on my feet all day and a foot massage is my favorite. 3. The pillow has neck airbags but they aren’t strong enough. I have considered due to my size though. I am very petite and I haven’t asked anyone else who has sat in the chair how the neck airbags feels. And lastly, the need for improvement would be if the airbags could be inflated longer as an option. I love the airbags. They feel great but they inflate and deflate too quickly. You can adjust their intensity but not their inflate time. So that’s my review. I love having the chair but in retrospect I would not have spent this much money on something that isn’t perfect. ... show more
