At 1k+ this chair is an investment, we found this chair to be an affordable & sleek looking alternative to massage chairs from other brands that easily topped 5k. Anyone familiar with how much a spa massage cost knows that this chair cost less than 12 massages. We liked the quality of the massage and many built in options that it provides. This chair was definitely made for people that are taller than my petite frame (I use a cushion to prop me up so the rollers hit in the correct spot) Personally I love the zero-g, calf air cushions and feet rollers find them to be very relaxing features. This chair is very easy to assemble (it comes in two separate boxes) the main chair box is quite heavy and will need two people to lift especially if you’re going up or down stairs. The side of chairs hook up using 4 color coated wires on each side makes it pretty self explanatory. Once the wires are attached you slide the seat onto hook and screw into place. Now for the negative- the air cushions -arm shoulder and hip really don’t do much. Shorter people will need to prop themselves up and the voice command is atrocious and annoying….doesn’t work when addresses it but will randomly respond to conversations that occur in the room…we just turned the chair off so that won’t occur. The massage timer is 15 minutes and automatically shuts off you have to return to start position to start another interval. I find this to be annoying. Hope this helps.

We received our new massage chair in two separate deliveries, just as scheduled. Assembly was quick and easy, and I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight and easy to move it was compared to others I had looked at during my research. The remote is very user-friendly — easy to read and simple to navigate through the different massage options. I've only had the chair for a few days, but I’ve already used it multiple times a day and absolutely love it. One of the biggest reasons I purchased this chair was to help with ongoing foot issues, including plantar fasciitis in one foot and Morton’s neuroma. While it’s still early days, I can already feel that regular use is going to make a real difference in how my feet feel. Highly recommend this chair for anyone looking for comfort, ease of use, and some therapeutic benefits too!

If I could give zero Stars I would. This product with a total disappointment considering the price you pay for this thing. Birthday gift will be on the curve for trash pickup. Definitely not worth the money. Does not massage the upper back area. Airbags are weak at best and does not have a strong compression. This is a third party seller so beware. Amazon did not help me get a refund. After 2 months of going back and forth the seller sent me a replacement part that smelled like a Biohazard landfill. I requested a full refund from the start the best they could do was send me 20% of what I paid. Note that it will cost thousands of dollars to send this product back because this is not fulfilled by Amazon. Do you research this is a third party seller at Amazon would not refund this product despite their guaranteed of satisfaction to Consumers.

Shipment -- The chair came in with 2 separate shipments, with the heavier one coming in a few days later. Moving around -- This chair is quite heavy so you definitely need to have 2 strong adults to move it up and own stairs; however, if you are moving it on the same level/floor, the wheels can help and one adult is enough. Aseembly -- Once you put the chair in the designated location, it's not hard to assemble. Just follow the instructions. It took me about an hour but it could be faster. Build quality -- It's quite sturdy and feels like it can last pretty long. Comfortableness -- The (faux) leather upholstery feels feels soft and the seat cushion has good support. I fell asleep many times when was on it after meals. Features -- The control is straightforward to use. There are controls to individual body parts like feet, calf, waist, shoulder, etc. The built-in Bluetooth speakers were a surprisingly good add-on, not only loud and crisp but also pretty balanced. Massaging effectiveness -- I use it mainly to relax tightened muscles, definitely not expecting it to replace an acupuncturist, professional masseur or masseuse. Thus, it's quite effective in giving me needed relaxation and mood reset. I would probably take a half star off for it couldn't massage my shoulders and neck as well as other parts because I am slim and not very tall. Overall, it's a value buy and I liked it a lot.
