I did my research, and I'm really happy with the product
I'm in the chair right now, and I've been using it every day since I got it. I was nervous about buying one so cheap (compared to others), but I did my research on Amazon and reviewing the questions. I'm really happy with this! My only room for improvement with the chair itself is that I feel that it puts too much pressure on my lower back. Like, there needs to be a little more padding there. There's a kind of 'pocket' there, and I stuffed a thin pillow in there. All better ever since. I would also say to minimally use the max setting on the airbag pressure for the arms. It felt 'too much' and my arms felt trapped. I would like even more automated programs or programmable settings, but... that would cost an extra grand, I'm sure :) I also feel like the warranty is misleading if you don't read the Q&A. Covers everything the first year, covers the cost of shipping parts on years 2 and 3. Yeah.... and I'm sure the prices on the parts are jacked up enough to cover the shipping, too. So, if that's important to you, bear that in mind.

Okay price but malfunctioned on day 1
The chair got here quickly which was nice but there were a couple problems with this item. The instructions are not very clear on how to set up the chair, although it's not impossible to figure out. Within the first day the feet rollers stopped working. After thoroughly examining the wiring in the chair, it seems the piece that might be loose is inaccessible. Other than that everything else works fine and the chair feels great, but it's a real bummer that the best part of the chair stopped working almost immediately. EDIT: The seller has contacted me and replaced the chair without anything required on my end. New unit works perfectly. Good customer service so I will be upping this to 5 stars.

The fight begins!
The fight for the chair has begun. I was hesitant on buying this chair but my wife won that argument. Chair arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. The chair looks great and operates perfectly. I am older and this chair gets me moving in the morning. I have a large family and the fight for the chair starts when we gather for Sunday dinners. I looked at chairs in the 3 to 5 thousand range and this chair competes with anything I tried. I recommend this chair and so do my 5 kids.

Worth Every Penny!!!!!!!!
This chair is fantastic! I'm 6.5 feet tall and even at my height this chair is pretty darn comfortable fully upright and is TOTALLY comfortable in Zero-Gravity mode (I actually fell asleep in it, lol!). Chair assembly took about 15 minutes and was relatively painless-just watch the Favor-3 video on youtube... I do wish it had an independent power adjustment for leg elevation (only because of my VERY long legs when sitting totally upright, for most people this is simply a "non-issue") but the legs automatically adjust out in Zero-Gravity mode, so at the price one can hardly complain that it doesn't have every feature under the Sun-it does everything else so good I can forgive that! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This chair is AMAZING!
I've had this chair for about 3 weeks now. Both my husband and I work out 5-6x a week, which leaves us sore and in need of some muscle relaxation. This is an amazing massage chair for sore or tight muscles and has a great price compared to other similar products. My favorite setting is using the zero gravity, with the heat on, air bags on, neck and waist settings on kneading at mix speed and the foot messagers on = 👌 it's amazing. Also, it is shipped in two boxes. My husband said the directions were easy to follow and assembly took maybe 30 minutes tops.

Big, heavy and totally worth it
While the reviews for this massage chair are positive, I kept my expectations in check because of the low price point. I received it a few days ago and what a wonderful surprise. First thing to know, the thing is big. And heavy. The UPS driver dropped it off on our driveway, and I was planning to attempt to bribe them to bring it until the basement but I was on the phone and my wife just signed the paper. After seeing the size and weight I don't think they would have done it anyway! Look at my pictures, they deliver the thing on and actual Pallet!!! I was very lucky that a friend of the family was at the house and wanted the take the pallet to do a craft project, otherwise I don't know what I would have done with it. Aside from the weight (I recommend using those sliders to move the thing around, the chair was super easy to put together. A couple screws (they even provide a screwdriver) and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. The massager does a great job, and the remote is also nice. You can even configure the remote options if you go into the settings. For example, in mild mode leave the leg airbags off. Tons of options. And it's nice how far the chair reclines back. The heat and vibration are also good. It doesn't to the best job on high up on the neck, and for me the airbags on the leg and chairs are really REALLY strong, but overall I think it's great! The only big downside for me is that it's not comfortable as a regular chair. I work remotely and planned to replace a lazy boy chair I keep in my home office which I use in between meetings and while taking a break to watch some TV. As a massaging chair its fantastic, but if you just want to sit in the chair it's not very comfortable because of the massaging nozzles of whatever you call the parts which go back and forth. So I moved the massage chair to another room and brought my lazy boy back. Not a big deal which is why I still give it 5 stars, but I wish it could be a comfortable regular chair. I also wish they offered premium delivery (for a fee). Definitely recommend!

This chair is AMAZING!
