I bought this chair for my wife about 3 weeks ago but I seem to now be the primary user. Unboxing and assembly was fairly painless, although directions could use some improvement. It's heavy, so get some help moving it to its designated spot. The chair looks great so you can park it in any room or setting. From there, it was all relaxation. There is a point in programming when the inflatable shoulder presses down while the upper back rollers massage your shoulder blades and it gets pretty painful during first few times, but my body got used to it and it's actually one of my favorite parts of the sequence now. The leg press, even on lowest setting, is a bit too much for my wife, but again, for me it works wonders and applies just the right pressure. I'm not that tall and medium built so the chair is perfect for me. The seat is fairly snug so I think it would fit great for people under 6' and about 220lbs, but that's just my observation. The bluetooth speakers are great. They cover the user with great surround sound yet you could hardly hear it in the rest of the room so no bother to nearby occupants. My least favorite feature is the remote. It's the most unintuitive button and display layout I've seen yet. It took me few days to finally figure out what's where. The manual did not help either. I cannot say enough good things about this chair. When I get out of it every muscle in my body is relaxed. Morning, night or afternoon, whenever I decide to use it it is there. No calling a massager making appointments,go in and coming. The chair is there waiting for me. No use of me giving you a video the one that is shown when shopping is perfect. I brought this chair for my husband who is 5โ€™9โ€. I mentioned that because in order to comfortably fit into this chair you have to be no taller than my spouse at 5โ€™9โ€. He has to use a neck pillow though for comfort. Also the back massage does not have rollers that goes up & down; it just massages. Terrible manual. The feet massager comes disassembled and the manual doesnโ€™t explain well how to put it together, so if you touch the feet massager, it falls on the ground. The chair came with extra pads that I have no idea where to put them, because the manual doesnโ€™t explain. And looking at pictures, I feel like I got an old model, because it looks different. If it was easier, I would return it. Update: the chair started to blink and make noises in the middle of the night so I unplugged it. Next day, I plugged it in and tried to use it, it seemed fine, but then it started blinking underneath and making noises again. So I decided to return it because clearly there is an electrical problem and I donโ€™t want it to catch on fire or something. Amazon scheduled a pick up but nobody came. Spoke to a supervisor who said they would come again the next day. Spent hours on the phone and waited hours. Terrible manual, terrible product and terrible service! ... show more

I researched many of chairs and read all the reviews. I finally decided on the bosschair. I loved the look of it and all it's mechanisms. I had the best experience ever from the male and female delivery team carrying that heavy box up my drive way at 6am to laying in it when put together. I was half asleep and the girl was so pleasant and happy. She told me how much I am going to love this chair and wished me the best of luck with it. Then it only got better. I was stressing what I was going to face once I opened the box. I called my son to help me carry it from the garage into the house I went to open the box clipped the straps and boom all I had to do it remove the bottom piece off the box there was the view of the bottom of the chair with wheels. Carried it in wheeled right to my spot of choice. Clipped the foot rest on ready to roll. Took 5 min to put together and plug it. The massage this chair gives is just like the chairs in planet fitness gym I belong to, if not better. It's a win win situation all the way around.     • You get what you pay for...

This replaced a really expensive massage chair so it obviously won't have all the features of the old one but I'm disappointed in general with how this works. Some things to know - there is no change in massage type offered, meaning, there is no option to select kneed, percussion, etc., that I have literally seen on every other massage chair ever basically (to me, that is a big reason not to buy this chair). This only has rollers that go back and forth. This is a BIG ONE and almost made me send it back - you cannot change the pressure on the pre-programmed massages. So, the pressure on the back rollers is intense on all of those (too much so for me so have to use a foam pad). Also, no way to keep the leg compression going consistently, it goes in some sort of random pattern. The shoulder pressure thing is too strong for my husband because he has broad shoulders. The bluetooth and speakers work great and is easy to use. The manual and buttons are EXTREMELY unintuitive which makes for a very stressful process IMO. Also, it states it needs just a couple of inches clearance from the wall - wrong, it needs a good half-foot or more. So, the one question you ask when you buy something like this, would I buy it again or recommend it? No, I would not. Many, many other options out there. Just my two cents. ... show more
