Beautiful Love Seat Beautiful Love Seat
Color: Grey
Size: Loveseat
Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at. The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas. There were a couple of draw backs: 1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use. 2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly. I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate.

So comfortable & easy to assemble! So comfortable & easy to assemble!
They shipped 2 of the same sides. Instead of being a real pain in the a**, they asked for pictues & sent the correct side promptly! This was easy to put together & fit in our RV perfectly. Most of all, this loveseat FAR exceeding our expectations. The fabric is soft but durable. It's VERY comfortable! The seats are firm enough so you don't feel like you're going to hit bottom, but not so firm that you don't sink in a bit when you sit. We think the BEST thing is the extension on the foot stool section. When reclining, an extra section appears. How nice to sit in a recliner without our feet hanging over the end! He's 6'1 & I'm 5'11. We couldn't be more pleased & customer service was amazing as well.

Couldn't be better.
I was a bit skeptical at first to order furniture only, but I jumped at it because no one in town had what I wanted and I was also pressed for time since I needed it before an upcoming party day. I am SO glad I did!! They arrived 1 day earlier than the scheduled date, which was amazing, they were easy to put together, and very, very comfortable. The reclining angles are just right, I can pick how high or reclined I want to be, the motors are quiet, and the fabric, color and design are just what I wanted. One usb charger doesn't work, but I will contact the company to see how that can be fixed. I'm sure they will have the r ight answer. Otherwise, it's a great price, product and service.

Breaking down and uncomfortable
Color: Grey
Size: Loveseat
We’ve had this item for over two years. The massage feature died within three months. The leg lift no longer goes up all the way, has developed a slant and is lumpy with uncomfortable hard parts hurting our legs. This looked so nice at first, and still looks decent, but its internal workings have let us down. We bought this on a time payment, and it looks like the payments will outlast the furniture. It certainly outlasted its comfort and massage features. Very disappointed. I see how customer service has helped others who have purchased, but no one has followed up with me about this. UPDATE: Still waiting to hear from someone on this. Continuing to pay this off while it becomes more barebones, lopsided and uncomfortable by the day. The massage feature is long dead, but the payments continue on. So very disappointed in this couch. Wanted to love it, but it is like my legs are setting on bare metal rods anymore :(

A Seat for Two
The color of blue is as true as the description & photo. The fabric soft & textured. Assembly was easy. All aspects - heat, vibrate, raise & lower function well. Looking forward to many years of use.

Buyer Beware
Color: Grey
Size: Loveseat
The massager and heating quit working after not too long. The vibration modules are uncomfortable to lean back on so I removed them. Quite comfy now. I can’t honestly recommend this product.
