The chair arrives in three LARGE boxes so include any instructions for the delivery person on where to stash the boxes, if not at your front door. The assembly would have been fairly easy but the wheels intended for the back of the bottom base were not able to be mounted because the metal-lined housings were misaligned. However, we will not be moving this chair at all so we overlooked that for our purposed. The chair looks good, operates great, and does everything it claims to do. We especially like the Zero Gravity reclining position, and the Bluetooth audio, which sounds really good and connected without issue to our devices. The settings are varied and useful - we especially like the Stretch and the Sleep auto settings - and definitely have felt the massage benefits we hoped and expected. However, a word of warning if you're under 6' tall! Our biggest complaint about this chair is that it does not adjust for different heights and trunk length, arm length or shoulder height. Therefore, neither of us gets any benefits from the shoulder airbags, and the neck rollers hit at the base or back of the skull if I don't sit on a cushion. And even then, the roller hit t at the base of my skull and not the center of my neck. Also, when I am reclined in the chair - the preferred position for the 15+ minutes of massage - my forearms don't reach to the arm airbags. So I let my hands rest in those airbags - with the pressure effect on my hands and fingers only - and then I bring the chair back forward and do a separate, shorter session on manual setting with my forearms completely in the airbags. The leg/foot rest piece does extend and retract for leg length, which is great. But I do wish there were rollers for the back of the calves, and not just airbags. Anyhow, if I could make one solid recommendation on this chair it would be to enable the shoulder airbags and neck rollers to somehow be moved down for shorter people, and for the arm rests/air bags to somehow slide back toward the reclining person with shorter arms. If we're ever in the market again for a massage chair, we would look for it to be height adjustable. But we would probably pay more for that, I'm guessing, if those types of features even exist in a consumer massage chair. Overall, this was a good buy that we are happy with for the price! ... show more

Love this massage chair and can't beat the price. It easy to use, and assembling the chair is pretty simple. I got it up and running in about minutes, by myself. Bluetooth is good, loud, and clear but, earbuds or headphones work better and do not disturb other people in your house. Massage is so great to the point I usually fall asleep. You can set the time for 10 to 30 minutes. It massages from the bottom of your feet, calves, thighs, and up to your back, shoulders, and neck. It does not adjust for different heights and trunk length, therefore, I do not get any benefit from the shoulder airbags, and the neck rollers. They hit at the base or back of the skull. But it relieves my back pain and tension, and that is why I bought it. I am very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn't care that there was no audio/blutth. I didn't care how beautiful it looked. I'm in constant need of weekly massage & it's unaffordable. I sit in these chairs at work, the malls, etc & they were JUST AS amazing 👏🏾 so I saved up. Like: Assembly was good, better pics of the air hoses would have been nicer, the heater power cable from backrest was hard to find both ends. Recommend a flashlight to help. Preset modes, built in Bluetooth speakers Heat is nice, not too hot. Dislikes No back-lit remote, it is hard to see the buttons and adding backlit buttons would have been easy, Addin vibration massage would have been nice too, the rollers are nice but, vibrating would have been nicer. Seating proportion feels like it would be better for shorter wider people. The calf massage doesn't hit my calfs it is too low. The foot rest is too high. It does push down when you are reclined but not enough. I am 6'2 The shoulder massage cushions don't hit my shoulders, they are a little too far apart. Maybe some adjustments can be made. ... show more

This is our 3rd massage chair in 15 years. This chair has much better technology that the others and cost MUCH LESS than the first two, one of which cost over $5000 and the other cost $2,500.00. After several weeks of daily use I have started feeling remarkably better. I had a stroke two years ago and have struggled with my balance and have been using a cane. As of this week, I no longer have to use the walking cane to keep my balance! I massage for at least one hour per day in the chair and use a different automatic setting (there are 7) each day.
