My mother had to come stay at my home for 4 months and she has severe rheumatoid arthritis. This lift chair has been such a help with caring for her. She uses it every day and many days she even chooses to sleep in it rather than going to bed. She is always cold so the heat function really helps. The seller is even better than the chair! When our chair arrived it had damage. The chair was still functional but one of the pieces was broken. The seller offered me two options a $200 refund or they would send me a new chair! When my mom arrived to my home she said she would like a new chair because she wanted it to look nice. I told the seller we would like a replacement chair and they shipped a new chair out the very next day and it arrived a couple days later. They asked me for pictures of the box and the broken chair so they could file a claim with FedEx. And they took care of the rest.

I would give it 5 stars but there was trouble attaching the arm rests. They are loose and if bumped can fall off. Otherwise, the chair is great. Very nice leather and sturdy too. The massage feature is really good and helps you to relax. It was shipped in one box and was easy to assemble.

Beautiful chair and good quality. My husband is ill and couldn't go out to stores to try different lift chairs. We thought the chair would work for him, but as it happened, my husband was too tall to be comfortable in the chair. The seller was very understanding, helpful and courteous.

Like: Appearance, size, and quiet functionality. Really does lay flat, massage functions work VERY well. Heat is limited and weak - I suggest a product improvement: make it optional and make it more robust. Assembled myself (70+M) in 20 minutes without tools. Very simple. Dislike: Assembly Instructions are very bad. Pictures are too small to see detail and there are no words. Still, I’m standing by my 5 stars, and I’m buying a second one right now for my wife!
