This thing saved me so much time! Have a lot of rusted bolts on my truck. I tried a torch (not really practical and did not work). I tried WD40, PB blaster. Did not work. This induction heater along with PB blaster worked so good! Bolts came off so easy. I highly recommend this if you are struggling with almost welded on rusted, stuck nuts.

Used this to remove stubborn bolts on my truck. It definitely heats things up good. Very useful around a dirty, oily engine where a torch can start a fire. This provides a measure of fire safety, which helps justify the cost. The only problem is it can be difficult to use in tight spaces, but the bendable heating elements helps with that.

Worked great on taking off a stubborn nut but many people are saying it doesn't work on bolts which is what scares me. Only time will tell. Either way it's a great tool to have in your arsenal. I would definitely purchase this again.

I recently bought a truck from the rust belt that needed chassis work. I had to pull the exhaust off but the nuts wouldn't budge even using my largest 1/2" impact. I finally decided I needed an induction heater and this seemed like one of the better options. It heated the nuts fast and popped them loose effortlessly, and the attachments are flexible enough to get into harder to reach places. The build quality is maybe a little flimsy, but on par with most cheap Amazon power tools. Definitely worth the price if only for how much effort it saves removing seized hardware -IF

I bought this to remove three seized bolts on the swaybar bushings mounts on the frame of my jeep rubicon after breaking one off and drilling it out. The nuts were welded inside the chassis on each side of a cut out window by the rear wheels. I bent the electrode sobs could reach around the corner each side to heat the nuts cherry red in less than a minute. The bolts never reseized. They were tight though. I only heated each nut once then went to work with pb blaster back and forth slowly removing each bolt. It was a slow process but I never broke a bolt again. Turned out each bolt was rusted to a very small diameter near the head . So the bolts were weak.cheap investment that saved lots of headache.

It did what it was supposed to do the first time I used it. The second time it stopped heating after about 5 seconds and the third time, It heated up and melted the small coil into one solid piece before I could even let go of the button. All 3 attempts were within 30 mins of receiving the product. I haven’t used any of the other coils yet but I’m gonna give it another try before trying to get a refund. Not sure I’ll even get a refund being that the small coil looks like someone burned the coating off of some copper wire in a camp fire.
