Ordered this because I was needing a camera for home and first day I got it connected and it stopped working later that evening and hasn’t worked since I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in tried seeing if that would work and it didn’t. So I deleted the device and tried to repair to it now it won’t go into pairing mode. Already threw out packaging so I can’t return it :( ... show more

Product worked for one day. Now it says offline and I cannot connect to it even after following steps, restarting, unplugging and plugging back in.

Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it worked for 3 days. Then after that it won't connect. I've deleted the app, deleted my account and tried to start completely over and it won't work. Tried their garbage support and never heard a word from them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Product worked for one day and disconnected. Used all troubleshooting issues to reconnect no success. Also, brought storage subscription and it is a waste of money. No one to contact. DO NOT BUY!!!
