I have cameras to monitor areas of our house that we go to infrequently as well as locations at a summer family house. These cameras are fixed in that I cannot remotely control the area being observed. Last winter I caught a boiler leak before it got bad so the cameras are useful! However, sometimes someone would move them and then they did look at the area I wanted to monitor such as the water heater or boiler. I had to go and adjust the camera. I decided to get cameras I could move remotely to see more of the areas and also adjust their field of view as needed. These cameras met my desires and were a great value so I got them. They were incredibly easy to set up - it took literally seconds as the camera instantly read the QR code from app and connected with my internet. (Years ago I had issues with this part of the set up so it is something I appreciate.) The picture quality is great and I can adjust their field of view (within reason) as needed. I have been using these cameras for outdoor monitoring for some time, they worked quite well so I ordered a few more more when I need to monitor actiovities indoor in the driveway and front porch. The installation screws and guide are included. The installation is fairly straight forward. Got the cameras installed , connected and working in less than 5 minutes. I mounted two cameras upside down and rest normally, the orientation can be set in the aop. you can label each camera in the app. the app works great! . Set up alerts for motion detection. I bought these a approximately a year ago to keep an eye on my house while I had people visiting, coming in and out of my house. Pretty much I was worried about whether or not my pets were safe and to make sure things were supposed to be running smoothly. I have these hardwired so I don't have to worry about battery life. I was bummed that I couldn't see footage from earlier in the day because you have to pay for a subscription and I was told by a friend I could...so I don't know if I will pay for the subscription. As of this moment, this is the ONLY reason I am giving it four stars. I might see if I can put in an SD card as I am wary about giving out my card info too much. The camera feed stayed connected really well and the image quality is great and it's easy to zoom in and out without too much distortion. Night vision works great too when I am checking on my pets or house at night. You can also talk through the mic on the phone app and the speaker works really well. My cats and dogs can hear me really well when I talk to them. I use it to talk to my family if I need to when they are home. A couple months ago, my husband and I noticed that one of the cameras had been disconnected and we couldn't get it started after many attempts to reset it. I reached out to the customer service email and spoke with Alice. She asked that I show her proof that the camera wasn't working; I showed her that I attempted to reset it, change where it was hooked up...Once she confirmed that it wasn't working, I sent her the camera hardware information and she let me know that they had determined that it was the camera hardware itself that just stopped. She advised me that they would send a new camera, and let me know that they extended the order warranty just incase anything else happens. I really appreciate how fast they reached out to me regarding this issue, and the replacement showed up quickly. I would recommend this product to friends. ... show more

I’ve had it for a few days and I love it. I set both cameras up in just a few minutes and it’s perfect for what I need it for. I also like that it can track movement. And I can reverse the image to hang it from the ceiling if I want. For the price you really can’t go wrong with this. I think I will get some more to put in other spots of the house ... show more

Update: Now that I’ve had a week or so to use these camera, I have come to the conclusion that they are just junk! I do not have them mounted. They are sitting on various shelves and whatnot. When they track something and it goes out of view, they get stuck, if there is a hard object in view. For example, I have one sitting on my kitchen counter next to my Amazon Echo. If it follows a puppy or person to the left it stops because it’s now looking at the side of the Echo, and that’s where it stays. I literally open my cameras in the multi screen view, and every single one of them is stuck on a hard object. What is the point of even having cameras to watch my puppies? You can see that I mean in my screenshots below. Another thing is when I open the controller to manually move the view away from the object, it will only go part way and then stop. I then have to go in the opposite direction all the way until it stops because it literally can’t go any farther, and then go back the other direction and it will go back to the view it should be on. This happens almost every single time I have to manually move a camera view. We have slowly been allowing the puppies to have more freedom. Today while I was in the shower, one of them tore a glued puzzle to smithereens. I am not mad or upset, though I had a huge mess to clean up. I went into my cameras to look at the playback to see which one it was, and all the playback does is load. A little spinning circle on my screen, that never goes away. Cameras that don’t allow you to play back video? I have a micro card in each one so this should not be a problem, but it is. Kind of really defeats the purpose doesn’t it? I would love to send them back for a refund, but packing them all back up into the small box they came in is just not something I care to do. But be forewarned, this is absolutely a case of you get what you pay for. Move on and spend a little bit more money and get yourself something that will actually do its job. Previous review: There is a lot to love about these cameras, but less to love about the app. The cameras themselves record nice crisp, clean videos and I like the ability to track objects. I bought them to watch a new puppy while I am working. They were upgrades from some older doggie cams I had. The appt on the other hand is a different story. There is no ability to swipe. You can’t swipe between cameras, so you have to arrow back and open another one. Additionally, if you go to the screen where you can see all your cameras at once you cannot scroll to the next set of cameras if you have more than 4. I purchased a total of 6. When I open the view for multiple cameras, I then have to arrow back to see the second set of cameras. This is clumsy and unnecessary. The makers of these cameras really need to update the software to be more user-friendly. Even the older cameras that I replaced, let me do these things in their app. ... show more

Great picture quality and easy to use I use these cameras to check in on my grandparents and to have extra peace of mind in case of an emergency. The picture quality is very clear, which makes it easy to see whether everything is okay. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the app is easy to use.
