I have had this set for three weeks and like them a lot. They are really comfortable and have sturdy feel getting in and out of them, which concerned me with rockers. They have a rubber strip on the rocker so no unexpected noise or slipping on concrete. The cushions are thick, comfortable and don’t let you sink to the frame after a time. Although this product was advertised as eayt to assemble, I did not find that to be true. The chairs were difficult for me to assemble by myself and the directions were not good. Assembly was easy enough. Items arrived on time and were well packaged. The rockers and the loveseat are comfortable enough for economy porch furniture. It's still new so I can't speak to durability or how well the cushions hold up to the weather. I'll try to update this review in a few months on that point. The one thing that prevents me from leaving a great review is that one of the items shipped with an incorrect part. I understand, accidents happen. I emailed the support contact on the card included with the instructions including pictures of the incorrect part, my order number, and their model and part numbers. But so far, no response. I am hoping that it will be an easy, no nonsense exchange of the incorrect part so that I can update this review to a glowing 5 stars. Update: A week or so later the correct part arrived in the mail. No hassle, no extra costs. 5 stars for comfort, ease of assembly and customer service. ... show more

I wasn't sure what to expect with the price but they are really nice and comfortable. The shipper was lazy and put it downstairs at a neighbors condo, but that's nothing new with Fedex for me. Anyway, I highly recommend. I'll add photos later but it is exactly as pictured.
