Bought this spring. Probably used less than an hour so far. Noticed split seam where fabric was cut too short. Wrote to seller yesterday. Will update once I get a reply. Not taking any stars off yet. We are happy with the set so far, but definitely want the cushion cover replaced. They replied back quickly and said they’d send a replacement free of charge. Might take a month, but so far so good. I’ll update when the replacement arrives. It’s now July 10th and no new cover yet. Hope they come through. Finally got the new cover as promised, but it took about 3 months. Love the set, so giving the company grace considering Covid-19 issues.

Easy to assemble, very comfortable and looks great! I only wish it didn’t take so long to ship from the time of order. It did arrive on time though. ***UPDATE*** unfortunately my cushions have faded from a very pretty red to a very ugly orange in only a couple of months. The money I saved on this product I’ll be having to invest in new cushions. Nothing wrong with the frame - it’s great - but don’t expect your cushions to retain their color.

Sturdy and comfortable! I got mine in tan color and these two chairs are very durable looking. I couldn’t ask for more! I felt they were very reasonable too! I am a 73 yr old lady and had no trouble putting these together by myself. Little table is classy looking too!

Assembly was easy enough. Items arrived on time and were well packaged. The rockers and the loveseat are comfortable enough for economy porch furniture. It's still new so I can't speak to durability or how well the cushions hold up to the weather. I'll try to update this review in a few months on that point. The one thing that prevents me from leaving a great review is that one of the items shipped with an incorrect part. I understand, accidents happen. I emailed the support contact on the card included with the instructions including pictures of the incorrect part, my order number, and their model and part numbers. But so far, no response. I am hoping that it will be an easy, no nonsense exchange of the incorrect part so that I can update this review to a glowing 5 stars. Update: A week or so later the correct part arrived in the mail. No hassle, no extra costs. 5 stars for comfort, ease of assembly and customer service.

I may go back and buy the two seater chair to add to my porch. It came quick, it was easy took about 20 minutes to put it together. It’s welded good metal material. Hopefully, I’ll have this set years to come! I took one star off because I wish the cushions were a little thicker but they are still comfortable.

I purchased two sets. The set is easy to assemble, fairly comfortable and attractive. However, the arms and leg portions allow water to pool after it rains. After only six weeks the paint has faded off and left splotches wherever water pooled. And the sets are only guaranteed for 30 days. The manufacture said the warranty period has expired and suggested I buy some paint locally to repair it. So that is what needs to be done.

These actually arrived earlier than promised, which is always nice. They are easy to assemble, but do note that there are three sizes of screws and you should use the right sizes in the right places. I didn't notice they were different lengths and when I came to assemble the table, I only had short screws left, so I had to go and replace some of the screws on the chairs. Otherwise, they are nice chairs and more comfortable than I had expected. We will see how the material fairs over time.
