This vacuum gets in creases easily, clean mess up in a jiffy., not too noisy. It's great! Really. Not super loud, good suction, nice tools accompany it, easy weight. The charge cord is awesome and it even lights up. Has an optional headlight too! The only part I hate is the way the filter, which you have to remove in order to empty the vacuum, is a real nightmare to replace. It is a filter with a rubber gasket all the way around it that in theory should just fit easily into the main part. It is a real pain in the ass! Doesn't fit smoothly into the vacuum. It won't go in if it's not perfectly aligned. There are no marks to show you that it is aligned or that it is even turned the right way. If the filter is not facing the right direction, and all directions look practically the same, it will not fit. No matter how much you shove it in or try to squeeze the two parts of the vacuum together. If it's crooked at all the clear part will not snap into the body of the vacuum. I bought this vacuum to clean up the mess around my pet food bowls. It takes me longer to replace the filter into the vacuum than it does for me to clean up the mess! I can't figure out the knack. I'm hoping that I can get a grip and figure out how to do it quickly. It's a stupid design though so far according to my experience. If you don't have the patience for that kind of thing keep looking. Otherwise this is a great vacuum and it works really well. ... show more

This is by far one of the best handheld vacuums I’ve purchased. It is small enough to keep in my laundry closet, but also powerful enough to suck up my dogs fur.
