The box that this jack came in was in very rough shape, barely holding together with amateurish taping. The jack itself has no scuff marks or signs of use. However, someone definitely rifled through the shipped contents ripping the plastic packaging that contained the lug wrench. The contents were haphazardly reassembled. I bought, paid for, and expected a "fresh" new product, but was shipped a seemingly "unused open-box" item that obviously was returned by someone. Previously I bought a cheaper scissor jack which completely failed the first time I tried to use it. This one works great though. I bolted on a small metal plate on top with a cushion in place of the normal adapter that it comes with for other vehicles, so that I could use with my Tesla Model Y. I've only use a couple times, but so far it seems to lift it easily, and is quick and easy to use. ... show more

It's made in China...but not a bad product and not very expensive. I like the ratcheting wrench it came with but it's better to use an impact wrench for lift. If keep the screw drive greased up it will last a long time...it comes with a carrying case, a breaker bar and two varying socket sizes from 17 to 21mm...Good tools for the price!! ... show more

broke while lifting, luckily I had a jack stand holding another side of my car, my car isn’t even that heavy but it still damaged part of my car I had this for about 6 months and I only used it 5 times
