This scooter is more portable than the past scooter I owned. But, A few issues are the Handle bar area does not stay locked in place. You cannot adjust it to go forward for a little more space. It rides a little harder than my other one. But all in all it works fine . I purchased this one so I have a little more portability.     • scooter won't stay closed when trying to pick it up
i love my scooter so for.What i don't like is there is no strap to hold it together.Everytime i go to lift it the opens and it is heavier than what they stated.

Battery doesn’t last. The front bar goes down all the time. Very Hard to make turns specially u turns. Is hard to luck when folding.

Just got it and tried it. Will write again in a couple of uses. Cons first. All is good except the weight. It is not light weight. I saw the videos promoting it and saw these elders lifting it up...I said maybe not my mom but I can lift it. No way... just the fact that shipping box says 2 men lift heavy... I said oh no.... Indeed it's very heavy, don't know if it makes it a bit lighter by taking the battery out when lifting it and put back in when in use. But all together that scooter will give me a hernia. It's more than 50 something pounds. I got a bruise right away when lifting it up tried to hold and kind of push with my knee.. got bruised 😫. I'll will try to take the battery out. And this is with one battery...have space for 2.. I dont see myself putting 2 at once. I guess that's for when you will drive for long periods in case one die. Elders by their own won't be able to lift this, it's a back breaking. Pros. No assemble, easy unfolding and folding. Honk pretty good. Charge fast. Color nice blue. Very compact. When folded fits in any corner. I put in the hallway and have plenty space to walk next to it. It takes less than a 2'×2' space. ... show more

I don't understand why so many poor reviews. Sometimes I think people just like to complain and find fault on Amazon. More than once I've been glad I ignored the negative reviews on Amazon or I would have missed a perfectly good product available on Amazon. We own two of these scooters one for each of us. One bought new from Amazon the other basically new from a local estate. Both purchased in 2020. So far with only a couple minor glitches they have been great to have as we age and deal with mobility issues. Yes they are heavier than we would like but to carry the 300lbs they are rated for they need to be stout. Neither of us weight any where near the weight limit but I'm sure they could handle it if we were fatties. Both of us can load them into our SUV even though we are in our 70's. Yes they are a bit short so a very tall or heavy person might feel cramped. The steering shaft is adjustable so most will fit just without extra leg room. If you fit on a modern airliner you can ride this scooter. Only other issue we have had is one of the scooter's latching mechanism sometimes won't engage easily but I have found that if you fold the seat back and flip it over on it's back which is easy to do it latches every time. They are built in the Us in the Bay area and answer the phone with a real person none of the talk to a computer that doesn't understand and the person answering the phone speaks understandable English no garbled accent you can't understand! When I've called the customer service has been great yet others have complained which I don't understand. Lastly, yes a second battery is expensive but what isn't expensive these days? We've never needed a second battery. One battery gives us enough for a full days use. ... show more
