The alen bolt way up inside the upright for the handle bar adjustment is a pain In The neck to tighten. I've bought an m4 and m4 s+ on my s+ alen is lose and I can't get to it. Worked great for the first 200 miles then it threw an error code, I emailed the support team and they said it needs a new motor, but when I asked if its covered by warranty they refuse to respond!!!

First off this thing is quite nice. Out of the package, easy to assemble, literally lock it in place, screw on the LED screen and handle bars and off you go! Comes with a full charge so good for a test drive. 3 power modes (eco, standard and turbo). Bright RGB running lights and LED headlight. This will need minor adjustments as in, Retightening some screws, brake levers and so on. Mine had tight steering but after loosening a bit it feels nice. Had a few hiccups as it came with a defective display unit and got replacement in a few weeks. Works now but had another problem as they sending me a new part anytime in the mail. Company been awesome in communication to resolve the matter.
