Admittedly this review is late as my couch has spent the last month and a half in my garage. It was too long to fit through my door (where there is a soffit) so it had to sit until I could get help to raise it over the balcony and through a patio door. So imagine my surprise when, after all the wait and lifting and strategizing, I finally unwrapped the package and the couch was BROKEN! The two arms are different; one is a smooth curve and the other is bent and folded. This is absolutely a manufacturing defect as the fabric is all crinkly stitched around the break in the arm. The couch is not the most comfortable and is barely raised off the ground, but all of that I could deal with if I could just fix the hideous broken arm. No amount of throw pillows and end tables can hide this. I am livid, and will surely be in constant contact with this seller until a refund is issued (at the very least a partial refund). Heck, at this point I'd rather just have someone come haul it away, or junk it, or burn it. So not worth the money. I'm sick over having spent this much on such a poorly made product. ... show more

I really like the chairs. My only issue is I ordered them at separate times ( about a month apart) and the greens are not the same. One is darker than the other. I would have returned one but felt like if I get another one it maybe the wrong green again so I just kept them. But over all I love the chairs. I get a lot of compliments ... show more

So the color was definitely not as bright as it was pictured. This is for the green color chair. Obviously I knew they posted “color may vary” but looking at it from different monitors etc. and taking a picture from my iPhone, there’s a noticeable difference. My phone basically reflects what I’m seeing as well. The other issue is that the accent pins are pretty much all over the place. No consistency whatsoever so just expect a lot of imperfections with this chair. Maybe you will get lucky and get one that is brighter (more like the actual picture) and will also have straight accents but I’m not overly satisfied with this. Quite disappointed. It’s not like it’s $100 chair, this is $300 so it is a good amount of money for something that is not consistent in any way. The chair is comfortable enough however. ... show more
