Used to buy a bag of ice once a week. Bought ice maker to not have to do that anymore. Tried a different but similar model first but it didn't work at all. I've been using this one twice a week every week for the last year. Only knock on it would be that the 2 different sizes of cubes it makes aren't that different, but I'm OK with the size it makes. Takes about 3 hours to make enough ice to fill the bin in our refrigerators freezer. It's not silent, but not so loud that it's distracting or annoying.

I chew ice A LOT because of my iron deficiency. This ice is amazing to chew, but if you’re looking for ice that doesn’t melt quickly this is not the ice machine for you. I can fill my Stanley full of ice and water and it’ll be melted within a couple hours. Also after every use you will have to take the ice bucket out and hand dry it. When water sits on the bottom of underneath the basket mold will grow so after each use I wipe down the basket and the inside of the ice maker to keep it from molding again. After learning those tricks now it’s a great chewy ice machine but we buy bagged ice for our drinks to have ice for the day.

We really liked this ice maker for the 2 months that it worked correctly. It was quiet and produced ice well. It started leaking when making ice about 2 months into having it, and we can't find why it's leaking. Of course the return window was closed by the time it started having issues. It still makes ice, but leaves my counter top and floor covered in water. Have tried to reach out to customer service to get a replacement, but every time there seems to be technical issues or lack of agents available 🤨

Love it!! It is quick to drop ice cubes even though there is 9 at a time. It goes for hours on one fill of water. It will fill a gallon baggie on just one tank of water.

This is one of the most useful items I purchased in a while. Got tired of dealing with ice cube trays, its always a pain to get the ice loose and they always end up breaking/cracking and need to be constantly replaced. I tried plastic, silicone, and combination trays they are all rubbish. Finally made the splurge and bought an ice maker and its soo amazing! All I have to do is check the water level every few days and make sure its full. It automatically makes ice and the ice stays frozen in the collection tray for quite a while. Eventually it starts to melt and the water will drip down to be recycled into new fresh ice. The constant cycling means there is always ice available anytime I need it. I just let it run all day, and only power it down at night. In the morning all it takes is a few minutes and the first batch is done and ready for my iced coffee. If you need lots of ice, can empty the tray every few minutes into a bag, then store in the freezer. I did this in preparation for camping and by the end of the day had enough ice to fill my small cooler. Glad I have it now that summer is in full swing. Its so easy even my 6 year old can help themself to ice whenever they want. Prevents them from complaining about the heat.

I am so happy to own this ice maker, especially for the summer months. It's great to have ice within a few minutes. It's important to note that this machine makes ice fast but does not keep it frozen. It is not a freezer. I start it up when I want ice an fill my glass/travel mug. If I have room in my freezer I'll collect it in a freezer bag and place it in my freezer. Or when I'm expecting visitors. Pretty dang handy.

I bought this ice maker because we are always buying bags of ice from the Dollar Store to fill up the kid's gallon sized water jugs for sports. I could only fit 4 or 5 ice cube trays in my freezer at a time and it takes hours for them to freeze. The first few cycles took FOREVER!! but then after that things sped up. The ice maker doesnt have a freezer section to hold the ice cubes it makes so you have to transfer them to your freezer. I bought the big 2-gallon sized ziplock bags to hold the ice in. That way I can break it up easily if it all freezes together. I can easily fill several of those big 2gallon size bags in a day.
