The first cube that was sent to us was definitely a return. It came in the box but it was cloudy and very squishy(and if you know what these are supposed to feel like, it's not that) and within 2 days of having it, my 17 yr old daughter while studying for a final and rolling it back and forth in her hands, had it burst all over. It was leaking and bubbling and sticking to her hands and desk. It took alcohol, an old gift card for scraping, and some heavy duty soap to get it off her desk and her hands. When I went to exchange it, I had to contact customer service, they originally wanted me to mail it back(?!?!). I had to send them a bunch of pictures(which I did with no problem) and to show them the goo. To which they said they dont accept any item back that is leaking for safety reasons( ya think?!?). By the next day they sent us a brand new one. Once we opened the new one, thats when we realized the previous one was definitely a return. This one came in the box, wrapped in cellophane. Was crystal clear and the densitywas completely different(much harder). She's had it for 3 weeks now and still feels brand new. The other one went right back to its size where this one is nice and slow. It's the perfect hand held size.
