Build quality: the rolling cabinet door doesn't seem to align straight Ease of assembly: about 2 hours, one person and easy to follow instructions. The one piece that brought difficulty was placement. I had to remove the bottom rear brace, and reassemble otherwise it would have been to heavy for me to lift and place. It was late at night, so I didn't take a moment to ensure it was symmetrical to the toliet; I could have placed it more to the left. Value: I purchased during a black Friday sale, so it was reasonably priced Size: Compact design, and size. I can fit everything I needed to, and the cleaning supplies are out of sight.
