I love this ice cream maker! It arrived nicely packaged, each piece secured well. It is a nice size and is very stylish and sleek, so it looks good on the counter. It’s easy to use and has saved us so much money since each of us prefer a different flavor. You can add things like sprinkles or cookies to change it up. This works great. So simple to use. Making ice cream so easy. No need for the ice and salt. Just put in your mix and let it go. Once done it switches over to cold. The only problem is it's small but at least it's fast.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this TINANA ice cream maker totally exceeded my expectations. First off—no pre-freezing! That’s a huge win. I’ve used those older-style machines where you have to freeze the bowl overnight, and let’s be honest—who remembers to do that in advance? This one is fully automatic and has its own built-in compressor, so I can whip up a batch of gelato, sorbet, or ice cream whenever the craving hits. The LCD display is super easy to use and makes the whole process feel high-tech in the best way. The machine is quiet (surprisingly so!), and clean-up is pretty straightforward. I’ve made vanilla bean, strawberry, and even a dairy-free coconut mango sorbet so far, and each one came out creamy, smooth, and delicious. Also, I love that I can control what goes into my ice cream—less sugar, no weird preservatives, and I can even sneak in some veggies for the kids. 😅 If you’re looking for a reliable, easy-to-use ice cream maker that doesn’t require any freezing prep and makes legit high-quality frozen desserts, this is it.

I really love this! I have terrible food allergies. Problem is I love ice cream! I do not like worrying about cross contamination buying purchased ice cream. I just put my cream or half and half, sugar and flavor in and within an hour I have yummy soft serve! It's perfect for 1 or two servings! You can also make hard ice cream. Love , love love this ice cream maker!!!

Junk. My first unit made five batches then the Channing arm stopped. I have Amazon insurance and this is covered so they sent me a new one. Marginal annoyance on the return process. I just unboxed the replacement unit... which broke after two batches! This last batch the arm broke a little under the soft stage and unfortunately was probably the best batch ever and completely wasted. This unit is loud, not silent like the description states. Its also a pain to clean since the bowl does not remove. BUYER BEWARE!

Let's start with the good! For $80 this is a great first time ice cream maker. It takes about 1.5 hrs to make a soft ice cream with no prefreezing (which was the reason I bought it) I love that it is compact. It doesn't have a removable container making it different (not difficult) to clean. It makes enough to make 2 servings. (I fill it half way because I'm not sure if it can handle more) The downside I tried to upload a short video and no matter what it comes up with an error, so I can't. It is not as quiet as I had hoped. I have a counter top ice machine and am used to a compressor making noise but this is a high pitched whine every rotation. It will not stop me from using this but next time I would spend a little more and getter a better model. It also didn't come with very good instructions luckily it is not rocket science. Their is also no recipe book and as I have never made ice cream I was hoping for a couple of tried and true recipes but I found some online. Overall I'll keep using it and am in love with making my own fresh frozen yogurt at home. I'll definitely buy a quieter one next time and might try to find one that you can remove the container to make cleaning easier.

Love this machine, except that the bowl that the ice cream is made in does not come out. But just add ingredients and turn in turns off when done and then will keep it cold for up to 6 hours . Not loud , about like a microwave wave level.,
