    • Fabulous Costume but Beware Sizing

This is a really terrific costume and comes with everything shown except the boots (which can be purchased separately on Amazon Funtasma by Pleaser Women's Exotica-2020 Boot). The dress is really great quality for a costume and the skirt bottom puffs out nicely so you don't have to buy an additional petticoat like many costumes require for the full effect. The collar does look a bit cheap, but if you iron it a bit to stiffen the creases then it looks about 20x better. The wig looks pretty much like the picture, although I'd put a bit of styling wax in it and spiff it up a bit, also invest in a wig cap for $2 since this doesn't come with one. My only negative/note and PLEASE READ: This costume runs BIG! I ordered a different medium-sized costume last year and I could barely breathe in it (big butt... I'm okay with it) so I ordered a large this year since I wear a size 10 (sometimes size 12 for bottoms, again, big butt) but I was literally swimming in this costume and the material is STRETCHY so it was pretty obvious right away that I should've ordered a medium. I would size the large as 14-18, so good news for you curvy gals out there since this doesn't come in plus-size and I do love this costume. I didn't have time to send it back and order the medium, so I can't comment on that fit, I just adjusted it with a sewing machine. However, judging from how the large is described for 10-14, I'd just assume that each size is a full size larger. Now that my specTACularly helpful observation has been made, go ahead and get this because it is seriously one of the best costumes I've had and it's staying in my costume collection. I love this costume. It's not nearly as short as it looks in the photo. The white ruffles underneath are perfect. There is NO need for an additional petticoat (unless you are going for the pageant-child look). I have very long hair. The wig fit fine. I was surprised because I have a large head and some of the reviewers stated that the wig was too tight. I bought a .99 wig cap at Sally's Beauty Supply. The wig cap makes the wig fit better and it helps to hold the wig in one place without it slipping. The costume runs big. I have muscular arms. The sleeves fit great. The bust and waist were way too big. I had a friend take it in a bit. The bust area of the costume is cut very low. I wore a black lycra tank underneath. If you're uncertain of the size to order, go with your normal size and plan to have someone take it in where needed. If I had gotten the smaller size, the arms would've been too tight. If I had gotten the smaller size, my body would've take up more room in the costume and thus would have made it shorter. Good luck! This is a nice find at a great price! ... show more

I wish I could have left a good review but buyers beware! I bought it close to Halloween on the 21st it said prime shipping which it kept changing. I bought it and it arrived in four days. I went to open it and the package said SMALL, I open it and it was a LARGE. šŸ˜¤ Iā€™m really angry. I loved the costume but I canā€™t tailor it much as it is too big for me. Product was advertised as XL but when it got added to my cart, the description said it was a XS.. I didnā€™t notice and bought it. Thankfully I had enough time before my Halloween party to return it and get the large instead. Costume is super cute and stretchy. Large fits like a 1x-2x so it was perfect. The wig is absolutely gross, definitely buy a different one if youā€™re not using your natural hair. The collar attaches with a small piece of Velcro and doesnā€™t stay. I lost it for half the night and luckily found it on the floor at the end of the party. I would definitely recommend sewing on a button and loop instead. ... show more

I was a bit skeptical, because most "sexy" costumes tend to fit a bit snug. But I'm a size 14 and the large costume fit me perfectly! It is flattering and super fun with the buttons and ruffles. There were a few strings hanging off and the costume is a little shear in some places, but it's pretty good quality for a bag costume. The wig looked like a hot mess at first, but after fussing with it for a bit, I put it in tiny pigtails and added a fun bow and it looked super cute. I read all of these reviews before purchasing this. I am 5'7" and 139 lbs. I work out a good bit, so I do have some muscles in my arms, legs, etc. Based on the reviews, I got a small. Well, the small really is small. It fit in the waist and skirt area. However, my breasts were squished completely down on my chest and the sleeves were really tight on my arms. I love the outfit so much, though, that I reordered in a medium. We will see if it gives me room to actually wear a bra. Even though the small was tight in places, it looked really great anyway. I just did not want to be uncomfortable. Folks saying it runs really big--I did not have that experience. Maybe it is because I am very curvy, but from my experience, if you have breasts, don't go down a size. ... show more

2m 5'5. 107 pounds and I got an extra small. It definitely fits good my only issues with it are its really short on me so I'll have to wear a petticoat under it.
