I'd never tried ice baths before, and though I don't think I will ever do so again, I can talk about this container we got to try and its quality. But, ice baths are not for me. Hopefully I can turn this thing into a rain barrel container or something. The 116 gallon container is very nice, and has a built in spigot. The construction is quite solid once you put the stakes in and pump up the inflatable parts. I am confident that if on a smooth, flat surface, this item will hold up to elements and outdoors well. The included hand pump made set up super easy. I would love it if there were both an in and out spigot, but maybe that's because I'm trying to find other uses for it. The size is great, you can fit a large human in it, but it doesn't take up lots of space. Pretty cool. So, if you like a cold bath, this may be up your ally. I think I prefer comfort though.

I’m really enjoying the cold water therapy and while I cannot say its helping my arthritis yet and I can report that it is definitely exhilarating! This tub goes together easily in about 15-20 minutes. The drain valve doesn’t leak but that doesn’t matter to us because it is right at home on our ground level patio out back. The build quality of the fabric and materials used is impressive. Surprising actually. Its really tough and heavy duty and a great value. My wife actually climbed in with me the other day!

We are actually using this as a water retainer for turtles, and its great! I can imagine it is fine for its intended purpose, as it is very sturdy, and easily fits a large person in it.

The media could not be loaded. The ice tub is a good size, the material is thick and feels strong. The directions need to be more detailed with more pictures. I assembled and inserted the legs before putting on the round caps and feet. So I had to remove every leg and install the caps and feet. Also, there is a clear rubber ring with no directions. There is also a huge black ring you fill with air but the directions don’t tell you what to do with it. These directions are not good at all. It’s as though the company thinks everyone has put an ice tub together before. I had to figure some things out and it’s frustrating. I put the big black ring in the bottom of the tub and found that it was for stability. The little clear ring attaches to the drain before the nozzle is installed. After a little tinkering, I figured everything out.

This ice bath was super easy to assemble and came with everything needed (poles/feet, pump, instructions). The material feels very sturdy. We drain and dry it out - and store it away when not in use. I feel like if I leave it out in the sun it might not last long. But storing it away makes me feel it’ll last a good long while.
