Total garbage of a computer. Customer service was equally crappy. I spent extra money on this computer so that I could play games. I could not. I purchased a Logitech surround sound system to accompany this computer and it couldn't handle it. Had to purchase an extra sound card so that my speakers would work. Goes without saying, shouldn't have had to do that, for the price of this computer...it should have been in there. My old computer of 15 years played the speakers fine. The tower might look cool with the flashing lights, but trust me it's annoying as F---- in the long run. Especially with a keyboard that constantly flashes red, off and on and no way to turn it off, other than buying another keyboard. It might look cool, but not very practical when you're trying to type something. Customer service rep for IBUY could have cared less about my concerns and told me to contact Amazon for a refund. Amazon offered a refund, but that requires me to undo all the time and effort that I put in setting up this over priced flashing light garbage can. Amazon will want me to take this huge piece of _____ to the Post Office, which costs ME time. Now i'm left with constant issues on this computer that I have to problem solve daily, just to get it to function like my old computer of 15 years. Will obviously be buying a new computer....again in the new future. Although I shouldn't have to. But one thing is certain, it a wont be IBUY. When IBUY puts out a cheap product and coupled with a Customer Service that reflects their cheapness... either they won't be around long, or their CEO won't. 6 months ago I wanted a cheap yet good quality first pc so I did my research and found ibuypower. I can say am amazed my the quality and speed and just everything about it. the only thing I can complain about is not even there part it was my fault by buying gigabytes instead of terabytes so I do recommend paying the Lil difference and get terabytes. Overall I do see myself buying another if my pc ever breaks ... show more

I bought this as a gift. The desktop didn’t not work at all, it turned on but only rgb would work. No signal when connected and usb port didn’t work at all. You can get a better pc for the same price on other sites. I got a display pc, all I ever got to do with it, was look at the RGB fan. Customer service was no good. ... show more
