  • Not so good so far
Don’t buy from random crap places. Still almost 2 weeks and no refund when I got this computer the graphics card is bad. Won’t even turn on. That should tell you. Please do not buy. Go to actual website and purchase. More of a guarantee it won’t be crap. Be smart. Everyone wants your money. Make sure you go threw proper channels to get something that costs so much. Zero help from future tech professionals lol crap. ... show more

  • Doesn't function on arrival
Tried multiple monitors and cables, nothing displays when powered on out-of-free-box. Ridiculous. Sent back.

  • I would not buy again.
I decided to update my review. The issue I had was the cooling unit for the cpu. I ended up buying my own as it wasn’t cost effective to ship the computer to CA for repair. After buying a much better unit I was out of pocket $180 but things run perfectly now. I’m not changing my rating though . Having a unit fail quickly then CS expecting I pay shipping vs call tag is why. From the SE to CA shipping was going to be over $160 insured. The computer worked fine for the first few months. Then the cooling system stopped working. Unfortunately not knowing what the original problem was I learned a catch with the warranty. You have to ship it on your own dime back to California which was about $125 for me since I didn’t have the original box. I ended up taking it over to the geek squad and having them diagnose it, which was cheaper. As of yesterday, it no longer wants to recognize my triple monitors using surround. Everything’s configured properly and I’ve used different sets of cables just in case. I’ve also physically checked the connections of the GPU.. obviously, I’m not the only one having problems. It’s painful even giving this a 1 star it doesn’t even deserve that. ... show more

  • Works Great For Work Or Gaming
I write a lot and use a lot of related programs. I also am a gamer and play a lot of highly demanding as well as average games. The computer has a couple graphics cards and by choosing to always use the NVIDEA one with it games are great. Those that have problems are using the default Microsoft type graphics card I suspect. X-Plane 12, X4, Star Citizen, the upcoming Starfield, etc. are no problem for it. A few EA games especially make everyone's computers hot until the game is optimized by developers. That isn't the fault of computers or developers but simply what happens in the development process of games or other programs. This computer with it's airflow and fans handles it well. I asked a question about upgrading parts and was immediately answered by the manufacturer with a good answer. The computer is highly upgradeable whenever you need or desire to and can afford. No, out of the box it doesn't compete with the computers that cost 2x - 6x the price, but, as you can afford it is upgradeable. My first upgrade was simply adding more storage space with 4T more on top of the 1TB it came with. I'm doing the same for my wife's computer of another brand as she needs space too for work. You can have multiple monitors, more RAM, or many other upgrades as you need them. If a part goes out someday as they do in all computers you can easily replace them in this with whatever is modern at the time. As for those with parts malfunctioning when shipped I suspect that is more of a shipping problem than anything. It's a hazard of buying online and it being shipped by strangers rather than buying what you inspect in a store and then handle yourself taking it home. You are more careful in general with your purchases you transport than dozens of strangers handling the same item to get it from manufacturer to shipper's warehouse to various aircraft and vehicles to a local warehouse and then to your home. Often, it;s simply easier and perhaps cheaper to purchase online but the condition of products getting to your home is lower overall and you didn't personally inspect or try before purchasing. ... show more
