The media could not be loaded. I don't really know why. I can't tell if this is a quality issue or not. The socket of the adapter is pretty much the worst quality ever. When I plug in bulb to the adapter; the bottom of the adapter would just pop. Just pops right off clean. The company should see this issue and probably should say if it's normal or not. ... show more
