I charge it regularly and it worked sporadically the first month now it doesn’t start it doesn’t work at all. Expensive waste of money update 5/15/2023 most of the time it starts up after holding the power button for about 30-60 seconds. It’s powerful! I love it

The old design the power button broke easily this new design removes that flaw. The buttons work simply and effectively and the system gives a great deep tissue massage to relax muscles after a hard workout.

First one that got delivered would not take a charge. After charging for hours, the indicator light remained red and wouldn’t turn on. I returned it for a new unit, which also doesn’t turn on no matter how long I charge it…at this point I’m worried about the build quality even if I do get a working unit someday. What’s the deal? I have tried numerous massage guns. I'm always in the gym, been training a long time. I love to give a good massage. This gun takes the work and time out of any massage. It is durable, charges well, holds a great charge, and the attachments are perfect for everything.

I ordered this product on March 8, received it on March 14. I followed the instructions carefully and plugged it in to charge fully late in the day after I received it, but when I checked it the following morning (after more than 10 hours charging), the LED in the handle was still blinking red. I checked the power outlet and confirmed it was live, then switched the device to another live power outlet and left it to charge for the rest of the day. When I checked it again approximately 8 hours later, the LED was still flashing red and the device would not turn on -- so clearly the battery would not take a charge. I called Amazon customer service, who connected me to the seller via the Amazon website. After one exchange of messages, I did receive a pre-paid Federal Express return label, but the seller will not ship a replacement until after they receive my return. This will delay my receiving the device I paid a substantial amount of money for (nearly $300 US) even further. Why can't you ship the replacement as soon as I deposit the device with FedEx? You can check and see when the label is scanned, right? Why make me wait so much longer given that you sold me a defective product? UPDATE: With some help from an Amazon customer service representative (based in Cairo, Egypt, of all places), I was able to exchange the product and received a new replacement that works as advertised. Thanks for your help! After a couple of days, I am pleased to say that it is helping me resolve some chronic Achilles soreness by working through the muscles of my posterior chain in a way that foam rolling simply can't manage. ... show more

My husband got this for back pain and also tight muscles from having started to work out more. His muscles felt really tight and this has been really effective in relieving that pressure and providing pain relief. The various pieces that you can attach to the massager are great to use on different areas to provide specific type of pressure/relief.
