This rug is a little lighter than desired, however I love how it looks. Not sure the ability to clean, but I did spray it with a little stain repellant spray. This is a really nice rug with neutral tones of grey, dark grey, off white. It would work in a warm tone room unlike most gray rugs which can clash with a neutral warm tone room. We haven’t had it shed much, but I notice shedding when I vacuum. It is not the softest rug, but it is a nice quality wool rug. The weave is nice and tight and I don’t see them unraveling. The size tassels and the border add a nice touch to the design element of this rug. Really like this in our living room. Been eyeing this rug for months! I’m so glad I bought it!! It fits perfect in our space and is definitely a very neutral rug. I was worried it would be blue..but it really isn’t. Good mix of greys, black, white, cream. True to color and I love the cute tassels! It’s fairly soft, but I would think the wool would get itchy if used in a main living area..living room etc. it may shed, but so far haven’t noticed much yet..will update if that changes. I wasn't sure what to expect buying a rug online but this is perfect. because it is wool it does shed little hairs but I imagine that will wane over time. I always read reviews because I want to see pictures and hear if colors are true to their description. This rug is not gray and white. It is definitely more black and cream with gray woven in. However, it is very soft on the feet which is hard to find in a woven rug. It unraveled easily with no creases and has a good weight to it. Even the photos make the cream look more white but as you can see against my white curtain, it’s not white. However, it is beautiful and goes well with white accents. ***Update One Week Later- There’s so much I love about this rug but after one week of use under my dining table where we only eat dinner, it is starting to fall apart. In different areas the thread is coming loose and it sheds a decent amount which is noticeable on my dark floors. I’m really sad that I may have to return this rug because it is beautiful and soft on your feet :( Also we don’t have any pets and are strictly a no shoe house. I don’t see this rug holding up at all over time. ... show more
