I NEVER write unfavorable reviews until now. I was REALLY looking forward to this thing working. The hype around it; any the descriptions were really exciting me. So that was my expectation now for reality. I am an 81-year-old man who has severe weakness in his legs, and I have a bad back and numerous of their medical issues. So that all has influence on this review. And also influences my experience with the product. So here it goes. I put it on and my weak arms could not buckle the thing onto my waist. I finally got it on and my hips are very narrow and as tight as I could make it an 18 pound belt, which is basically what it is, kept falling down and I couldn’t keep it in place. I considered even getting some suspenders to hold it up but for an 81-year-old man to walk around with an extra 18 or 20 Pounds is absolutely not doable. so when I put the leg attachments on and head this heavy thing falling down from my waist it actually was very pleasurable and it worked reasonably well, but I couldn’t walk more than 10 feet without it falling off and having my back started killing me. So expectations were unfulfilled, and I took it off and decided to put it back in the cheap Styrofoam case that It came in. When you spend $1000 for something you expect at least to have a packaging worthy of the price. This crummy Styrofoam case barely held the product. It took me over half an hour to try to figure out how to get it back into this case and be able to close it and I’m a pretty smart guy so I cannot imagine somebody else trying to get it in any easier if at all. So there it is great idea when it becomes lighter and the design improves so that I’ll be able to wear it I don’t care if I never climb another mountain or hike in the hills, but I would like to be able to walk my dog again. So please let me know when you get the weight down to a few pounds, easier to put on for an old guy with arthritis and bad shoulders and have it in a carrying case to be proud of please let me know. Sorry, hyper show but as my best friend says it is what it is until it isn’t. Also, I might add that a product like this that is designed to help somebody walk is not mainly indicated for the athlete who wants to run up mountains it’s designed for somebody who has trouble just walking and wants to be able to be as mobile as he can before the supreme being decides that his time is up.

Truly amazing product. This exoskeleton has been trending on social media lately so I decided to try it out. I'm very impressed by the performance and quality of life improvements it gives. You really do feel the 40% less perceived workload on your muscles, especially over extended periods of time. That's honestly where the HSX Go shines, extended use. The battery life is really impressive considering how lightweight and compact the system is. It can fold up into a large laptop backpack, and I'm defintely taking it with me for my next outing, or even when doing chores around the house!

What the instructions say, that the product description doesn't, is not to use if you have certain medical conditions like poor balance, or difficulty walking etc. So if you can hike without it, go ahead and use. But if you need it to hike, it's highly recommended that you do not use it.

weak and not worth the money. At best it relieves 3% pressure off of your legs. Nothing like advertised. No way it’s 30 to 40% effort off of your joints.
