Very useful feeder
Very good fish feeder. The option to have camera to see feeding and watch fish is a nice idea. Setting up was fairly easy. You just need a good WiFi signal. Food capacity hold quite a bit. I’m using small pellets. The only down side is notifications that say empty when it’s full. It adheres well to tank it foes not til and is very sturdy. It works well and not having to worry about feeding. You can see different time schedules for feedings ... show more

Mounting issues
It worked fine, for one day. The mechanical mount isn't wide enough to fit over a standard tank lip. The adhesive base is worthless. I had it set up for a night as a test run. Worked fine for a few hours but some time during the night the adhesive gave up and it fell into the tank. It isn't water proof so junk after a night. Shame on me for trusting the adhesive but I figured it would be able to hold what it was designed to hold. ... show more

Works perfectly!
Love this thing!!!! It kept my fish alive while I had a last-minute trip out of town. I was gone for a week and during that time I must have looked at the aquarium cam included with this feeder a hundred times. I love that you can set up your own feeding schedule or manually feed your fish while watching the camera. I am so glad I bought this and will use it every time I leave town. ... show more

Do not get the the body wet. The automatic feature will malfunction
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Depending on the type of fish you have, determins the quality of the product. I have African cichlids and they are are pretty aggressive when it comes to feeding time. They splash water which got into the dispenser part of the feeder which casued it to clog while on vacation. This caused gnats, which caused maggots during a two week span. I am quite sure some fell into the water which the fish did eat. The camera is great. ... show more

Needs customer support slight issue fixed by customer service
It works. Having said that I have an issue. I keep getting a "food shortage" message while the hopper is full!. Tried to contact Hygger but no support from them. The "virtual" assistant is not helping, just gets confused. * just updated rating, customer service resched out and fixed the issue. Now it works perfectly!! Customer service has reached out to me a couple of times to make sure it's working perfectly!. ... show more

Wont connect and NOT returnable
I loved the idea of a fish cam, already have my WiFi 2.4 going with other items, but NOT this pickin feeder. I have tried so many times to connect it to my Wi-Fi, but with no success. Everything else, a couple of lights work fine on my wifi 2.4, but not the $100 NON-RETURNABLE fish feeder. Unfortunately, without connecting, the thing is virtually useless. Spend $40 and buy a Wyze cam and a cheep auto feeder, ur better off. ... show more
