I had a nitrite spike. I realized when my fish all started shimmying at the top near the filter. I tried many things to minimize the danger, did water change, added conditioner, nothing helped right away. After a day I ordered this bubble strip air stone, in the meantime 3 fish died. Air stone arrived next day and within 10 mins of plugging it in my fish were back to normal swimming around and exploring the tank. I’m writing this review 3 days later and there’s no sign of nitrite in my tank, tested many times, it’s all good. Daily water changes, conditioner, and more oxygen did the trick! The one downside is that it does not come with the power machine, you need to add one when buying. Be aware. Some reviews also stated that it does not work so well, I had it with mine until I noticed the tube was bent and air could not pass freely. Make sure the tube is open and can pass air. Once I straightened it out, it started working perfectly!

I've been using this in a 20 long for a few months now and it's fantastic. I love the bubble wall and amount of bubble being put out. My husband says the fish don't want to swim in champagne but they seem to play in the bubbles! You would need two to cover a whole 20 long horizontally, but I only use one side and have another air stone opposite this strip.

The packaging for this was very well thought out by Hygger. You then had the item and it came with EVERYTHING you needed except the air pump. In some cases great packaging makes the product bad. Fortunitely this is not the case. The air bubble strip feels and looks like it would cost $100.00 making it feel like it will last a long time. The bubbles are fine just like in the picture, and it does not put out much or any noise as far as air pump/stones go. The pictures does not really do it justtice. I purchased two (5.9 inch) for each side of the 75G tank. All I can say is, you won't be disappointed.

I originally ordered 1, but it was too small for my aquarium, so I ordered a second one. I followed the instructions to soak in water for 30 minutes before use. They work, but the bubbles are not as visible/defined as they are shown on the video.
