I have this on my house, my pool and my RV. I watched it dissolve the calcium buildup on my jacuzzi over a few months and went through summer in the high dessert with a much more stable pool, less chlorine usage and NO algae. Recently had some issues with my heater and the repair man was amazed at clean the inside of the heater was. He literally said it looked like it was brand new. It turns out the issue was electrical but it was nice to know there was absolutely no calcium buildup on the inside. ... show more

    • A Great Product
We were skeptical that the Hydroflow HS40 would work for our swimming pool. The calcium buildup around the side was impossible to keep up--especially since we have extremely hard water. The installer told us that it would time some time to eliminate the calcium already there. It has been on our pool for a few months now. Today we went out to try to scrape the hard stuff off. The job in the past took 2-3 weeks of scrubbing daily. Today we did the entire pool with a putty knife and a pumice stone in about an hour. I couldn't believe how all the hard water deposits simply chipped off easily. We also put one of these units on our indoor plumbing with similar results. I highly recommend it. ... show more
