One of the most expensive mistakes I've made. As far as customer service goes, I got no response from Amazon or the 3rd party ... I have been a Husqvarna buyer for a long time but this product does not match the company's standard. Or the one that was shipped to me has something wrong with it. Again I have not received any response from either one of the companies. I live in New England. Thay should only sell this model to people who live in warm climate states. The minute I started to work and push into snow it just stopped. I physically had to push it into the snow it just stopped. No power . Again no reply from ether party's. No power.
