Description
This hand held chain saw battery powered model is the Husqvarna 542i XP, a professional battery chainsaw with outstanding cutting capacity. This 40V battery-powered rear-handle chainsaw is the world’s first rear-handle battery chainsaw with a clutch. The 542i XP® delivers added torque and power output equivalent to 40cc gas engines, supporting homeowners who need to cut firewood or prune trees. Ideal for tree care professionals and arborist ground crews, this cordless power tool has an IPX4 rating for rain or shine to use in the yard on trees, branches, and logs. Proprietary active cooling technology delivers more consistent power and helps extend battery life. Combined with our X-PRECISION® guide bar and SP21G chain, this saw feels like gas, performs like gas, but has all the benefits of battery.
