Have 3 of them in 3 bedrooms and they work great. Only annoyance with them is the light and especially the fan motor make humming noises when on, unlike previous hunter fan models I’ve had in my old house.

    • Too many problems
This project putting together this hunter fan started out bad and only got worse. When I opened the box the instructions had a sticker stuck on it that said that this is a remanufactured fan. Then only things got worse. The box was full of bags of screws of different sizes; the instructions never said which size went where or how many screws were in a bag and the bags were not labeled. Then as I assembled the fan found that many of the screw holes had to be rethreaded. The instructions were for many different types of hunter fans and you were left to figure out which instructions applied to your fan. I had a remote control fan. I found that the light switch and the remote had to be played with to turn the light on or turn the light off. Now that the fan is all put together and working the fan does work well but this is not for a novice, too many problems. ... show more

    • Return was tricky
There was nothing wrong with the ceiling fan that we purchased. It just did not work with our home. Getting our money back was a chore. We did end up getting a refund for the full amount, but I did have to keep contacting Amazon about it. Amazon made it right.
