I am HIGHLY impressed with this patio furniture set! First of all, I was contacted by the seller as soon as I placed my order to provide me with a heads up on how the items would be arriving in different boxes which could arrive on different days so that alleviated any worries I may have had about that. Secondly, the items arrived sooner than expected. My mother and I assembled everything together on our own with the tools provided. It even came with a mini ratchet! That was a time saver! We ran into 2 small hiccups. One single hole (out of what felt like a 100) wasnt drilled all the way so we had to do a little extra in order to get the bolt to fit appropriately. The other issue we had was that we installed the base of the swivel chair to the rocker plate with the arms of in the wrong direction. This made the chair sit too high instead of allowing the two bases to sit underneath and inside the chair frame. We figured out our mistake quickly and was able to remedy the error. Im not sure if the picture in the instructions weren't clear enough or if it was just simply our oversight. Either way, just take your time putting it together and it'll be fine. I absolutely love the quality of the furniture. The color is exactly what I was looking for. I love the high back chairs and sofa and the thickness of the cushions. It's a very comfortable patio set, and im very satisfied with my purchase!

These chairs came in 2 boxes from FedEx. First box came on Wednesday and the second came on Thursday, the seller sent me an email explaining this beforehand, so it was not a problem. Putting them together was a challenge by myself, the instructions were only helpful to show what hardware to use where and a general idea of the orientation of the separate parts. If you are handy with tools, you won't have any problems, if you aren't be prepared to cuss alot! It took me about an hour or so to assemble the first chair and around 30 minutes for the second. I had to undo and reset several sections twice on the 1st chair due lack of instructions. There is a learning curve! All in all I am happy with these chairs. They are very comfortable, since I am 6' 5" and weigh 265 lbs, that's saying something. The cushions are pretty nice, they come vacuum-sealed to conserve space during shipping so don't judge them until you take them out and allow them to go back into shape. These are glider chairs and not rockers like some have said. But they glide and pivot fairly smoothly. Now understand, these are not "top of the line" rattan chairs that you pay $1000 a piece at a patio furniture store, but for the price they seem to be good. I guess only time will tell if they last for awhile.

If you're trying to decide on a company to purchase a patio set from, your search can end now. This is the best company to deal with! We purchased the 5-piece patio set with the sofa and rocker recliner chairs from Hummuh on April 5, 2023, so we've owned it for nearly two years. I've loved every minute of it. The cushions dry quickly when rain gets on it, they clean easily, they have a zipper so they can be removed for machine washing, they haven't faded, and they're thick and comfortable. I often take a little nap on the sofa on nice days. It was not difficult to put the set together, it arrived in great condition, it's very sturdy, and it's held up as good as new. The swivel rockers are great! They move effortlessly, and the bases are strong and heavy. No weird rocking noises either. When I looked up my order, I was actually surprised to see that almost 2 years have passed. It's actually been a joy to own, and it turned my porch into a useful sanctuary instead of just a way to get to the backyard. But maybe even a lit more impressive is the customer service! About one month ago, a hole was accidentally burned into one of the ottoman cushions. I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase a replacement cushion. The cover was very damaged, and the cushion had a 3/4 inch hold burned into. They actually offered to send me an entire replacement cushion, not just the cover, and they even covered the shipping cost through Federal Express!! The entire communication was done by email with quick responses from the company. I cannot explain how overwhelmingly stunned I was-and still am- at their offer for this free replacement cushion despite the time that has lapsed since my purchase, plus the quick, free shipping, and the constant follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am looking for some additional outdoor furniture, and this company will definitely get my business again.

The chairs were easy to put together. They seem well made only time will tell. The cushion size is deceiving they are at best maybe 2.5 inch but when you sit on them they really compress to nothing. I bought cushions separately, I was looking for comfort and the ones that come with the set are poor quality.
