I'm in love with this 3 piece set. Durable cushions that are dense foam. Comfortable. Smooth gliding and swivel motion. Considered cheaper sets but went for better quality hoping it holds up for years. Purchased covers for them, seperately. Assembly wasn't to bad. Little trouble but figured it out. If considering this set, go for it. I get compliments from my friends and when they sit on a chair cushion they notice its a nice cushion that you don't sink down into. Got for enclosed sun porch. Completely happy with purchase. The cushions on ottoman slide, even though there are buttons and loop clasps on two sides. I fixed by cutting up an old bumpy yoga mat and placing under cushions. Holds them decently. If that hadn’t worked I would’ve tried rubber mesh shelf liner. Very comfortable. Cushions on chairs do not slip. Would’ve been a 5 star review if it had buttons and loops on all 4 sides of ottoman cushion. Figure it’s going to take awhile to assemble. Unless you are quite smart and look for the included ratchet Allen wrench. That will cut your time in half. As with all furniture assembly, put together loosely, then go around 2-3 times and tighten/retighten everything. Gives you a chance to get everything settled properly. ... show more

I have been looking for over a year for a set of chairs with high backs, and ottomans for my patio. Most I saw had low backs (I wanted to be able to rest my head back if need be). As an added bonus, I wanted the chairs to swivel, so I wouldn't have to move the ottoman out of the way to get in and out of the chair. This set is EXACTLY what I wanted, and at such a GREAT price. It actually arrived in 3 boxes 3 DAYS EARLIER than expected too! I already had a wicker coffee table (doesn't really match, but...) I'll use the table that comes with the set as a side table in the meantime. It took about 2 -2.5 hours for 2 of us to put it together. I had concerns about how the cushions attached to the ottomans, and it has a loop and hook system which works perfectly. Cushions are durable, yet soft and comfortable. Furniture is solid and sturdy. Love that the chairs swivel and glide. Such great quality for the price! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice patio set. ... show more

This is a very nice set and a great price! It looks even better in person. There were some reviews that said the holes didn't line up and was difficult to assemble. We hade one hole that was a bit off and we had to re-drill a little but not a big deal at all. The couch arrived 3 drays after the rockers. I sent an email to the seller to make sure it wasn't just missed and had a response in less than a day with tracking that the couch was in transit. Very happy with this purchase. These chairs came in 2 boxes from FedEx. First box came on Wednesday and the second came on Thursday, the seller sent me an email explaining this beforehand, so it was not a problem. Putting them together was a challenge by myself, the instructions were only helpful to show what hardware to use where and a general idea of the orientation of the separate parts. If you are handy with tools, you won't have any problems, if you aren't be prepared to cuss alot! It took me about an hour or so to assemble the first chair and around 30 minutes for the second. I had to undo and reset several sections twice on the 1st chair due lack of instructions. There is a learning curve! All in all I am happy with these chairs. They are very comfortable, since I am 6' 5" and weigh 265 lbs, that's saying something. The cushions are pretty nice, they come vacuum-sealed to conserve space during shipping so don't judge them until you take them out and allow them to go back into shape. These are glider chairs and not rockers like some have said. But they glide and pivot fairly smoothly. Now understand, these are not "top of the line" rattan chairs that you pay $1000 a piece at a patio furniture store, but for the price they seem to be good. I guess only time will tell if they last for awhile. ... show more
