As with almost everything these days, the directions are either ridiculous, have poor grammar or both. But the nice thing about this set was they also included a link to their youtube assembly video if needed. They also included a little rachet to aid in assembly so you wouldn't have to twist the obnoxious Allen wrench two million times. At any rate, once assembled as you can see with the pic I included, they look great and they really class-up the place. A previous buyer complained about the thickness of the cushions, but they are, IMHO perfect in thickness and comfort. The wicker feels like a very good quality and should last many years, ours are under our awning and free from direct sunlight and the other elements. We replaced our powder coated chairs you just sat in, but these, you can rock/glide and swivel in. So far (day two) we're really enjoying an excellent quality set of chairs. 5 Stars all day long for quality, sense of durability, easy to assemble and comfort. ... show more

Product was packaged very well. When put together the chairs are strong and function great. I did buy the covers for the chairs to help protect them in the Sun. I'm pretty mechanical and from the time you unpackage and put the two chairs together plan on spending around 3 hours to properly but them together. ... show more

If you're trying to decide on a company to purchase a patio set from, your search can end now. This is the best company to deal with! We purchased the 5-piece patio set with the sofa and rocker recliner chairs from Hummuh on April 5, 2023, so we've owned it for nearly two years. I've loved every minute of it. The cushions dry quickly when rain gets on it, they clean easily, they have a zipper so they can be removed for machine washing, they haven't faded, and they're thick and comfortable. I often take a little nap on the sofa on nice days. It was not difficult to put the set together, it arrived in great condition, it's very sturdy, and it's held up as good as new. The swivel rockers are great! They move effortlessly, and the bases are strong and heavy. No weird rocking noises either. When I looked up my order, I was actually surprised to see that almost 2 years have passed. It's actually been a joy to own, and it turned my porch into a useful sanctuary instead of just a way to get to the backyard. But maybe even a lit more impressive is the customer service! About one month ago, a hole was accidentally burned into one of the ottoman cushions. I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase a replacement cushion. The cover was very damaged, and the cushion had a 3/4 inch hold burned into. They actually offered to send me an entire replacement cushion, not just the cover, and they even covered the shipping cost through Federal Express!! The entire communication was done by email with quick responses from the company. I cannot explain how overwhelmingly stunned I was-and still am- at their offer for this free replacement cushion despite the time that has lapsed since my purchase, plus the quick, free shipping, and the constant follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am looking for some additional outdoor furniture, and this company will definitely get my business again. ... show more

I have been looking for over a year for a set of chairs with high backs, and ottomans for my patio. Most I saw had low backs (I wanted to be able to rest my head back if need be). As an added bonus, I wanted the chairs to swivel, so I wouldn't have to move the ottoman out of the way to get in and out of the chair. This set is EXACTLY what I wanted, and at such a GREAT price. It actually arrived in 3 boxes 3 DAYS EARLIER than expected too! I already had a wicker coffee table (doesn't really match, but...) I'll use the table that comes with the set as a side table in the meantime. It took about 2 -2.5 hours for 2 of us to put it together. I had concerns about how the cushions attached to the ottomans, and it has a loop and hook system which works perfectly. Cushions are durable, yet soft and comfortable. Furniture is solid and sturdy. Love that the chairs swivel and glide. Such great quality for the price! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice patio set. ... show more

The assembly holes for many of the bolts are often obstructed by the rattan and is a challenge to move out of the way for inserting the bolts into and threw to the other item to be assembled. Instructions are very limited, mainly only one picture per step and not much instruction detail. Cushions are thinner than advertised (flat after 15 minutes sitting on them) and of poor fabric and foam quality 3 out of 10. It takes 2 persons couple hours to assemble each chair. There's a lot of bolts, washers, spring washers, nuts to assemble. Table can be assembled by one person with some effort. I would shop around for a higher quality chair and pay more for easier assembly. ... show more

The first one took me most of the day to assemble. The second one took two hours and that’s with no help from anybody. Most of it you can do by yourself. The front panel is something you will probably need help with. I might also suggest that you come up with your own 10 mm ratchet to save you some time. I will say these are very well built. Package arrived at my front door and weighed 100 pounds. The only drawback or fault I could find was one hole didn’t get drilled and that took me an extra two or three minutes to remedy. All the other holes lined up very well I was surprised. Other than that they are comfortable I might say the cushions are a little on the thin side, but that doesn’t bother me.
