As with almost everything these days, the directions are either ridiculous, have poor grammar or both. But the nice thing about this set was they also included a link to their youtube assembly video if needed. They also included a little rachet to aid in assembly so you wouldn't have to twist the obnoxious Allen wrench two million times. At any rate, once assembled as you can see with the pic I included, they look great and they really class-up the place. A previous buyer complained about the thickness of the cushions, but they are, IMHO perfect in thickness and comfort. The wicker feels like a very good quality and should last many years, ours are under our awning and free from direct sunlight and the other elements. We replaced our powder coated chairs you just sat in, but these, you can rock/glide and swivel in. So far (day two) we're really enjoying an excellent quality set of chairs. 5 Stars all day long for quality, sense of durability, easy to assemble and comfort.

I bought these for our patio. Love that they rock and swivel. They were fairly easy to put together. The chairs are sturdy, the cushions comfortable. Our set came with ottomans which shipped separately. They are pretty light weight but we like them.

These chairs came in 2 boxes from FedEx. First box came on Wednesday and the second came on Thursday, the seller sent me an email explaining this beforehand, so it was not a problem. Putting them together was a challenge by myself, the instructions were only helpful to show what hardware to use where and a general idea of the orientation of the separate parts. If you are handy with tools, you won't have any problems, if you aren't be prepared to cuss alot! It took me about an hour or so to assemble the first chair and around 30 minutes for the second. I had to undo and reset several sections twice on the 1st chair due lack of instructions. There is a learning curve! All in all I am happy with these chairs. They are very comfortable, since I am 6' 5" and weigh 265 lbs, that's saying something. The cushions are pretty nice, they come vacuum-sealed to conserve space during shipping so don't judge them until you take them out and allow them to go back into shape. These are glider chairs and not rockers like some have said. But they glide and pivot fairly smoothly. Now understand, these are not "top of the line" rattan chairs that you pay $1000 a piece at a patio furniture store, but for the price they seem to be good. I guess only time will tell if they last for awhile.

It was difficult to put together took me and my husband several several hours just be prepared to spend ample time putting it all together! My husband assembled these with difficulty. The openings for the hardware weren’t the right fit so he had to make it work. My husband’s chair has had a bolt fall out once and he put it back together. Now the base is wobbling again and losing stability. Very poor quality. it will be a hassle to return so we are stuck with it. Next time we will seek quality over cost and quick delivery which means we will not order from amazon.
