A steal for the price. My rating is based on the price, in part. This chair looks designer level great, appears sturdy and, for the price is comfortable. I'd spend more for a more comfortable chair if I sat at a desk 8 hours a day, but for the 1/2 hour here and there, this chair is a steal.

Chair arrived as promised, was well packaged and was easy to assemble with the clear instructions. Looks great, although personally, the brass base is pretty dominant. I found the ergonomics not as comfortable as the chair it replaced. I must sit very upright to be comfortable, and while this may be good for a short while, I anticipate it won’t be that comfortable when I begin to slouch a bit. I realize this is a subjective judgement that may not apply to everyone. I’m thinking that if I ever buy another chair, I’ll go to a store where I can actually sit in several chairs to see which feels best. ... show more

I love this desk chair! It looks lovely, very chic. It is well proportioned and comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair on my own. Directions were fairly clear. I had trouble getting the wheels to stay in place; one kept coming off. I just needed to more forcefully insert it. It comes in a large cumbersome box which is to be expected. This chair is uncomfortable and doesn’t feel stable. The color is different than what it showed in the picture. The gold is nice, but I the cushion makes you feel like you’re falling forward and makes your back hurt.
