UPDATE: Seller has been very good to work with. It was my fault that I didn’t read in the description that the chair doesn’t have a tilting function. So I wasn’t expecting too much to be done on their end. But, they offered a partial refund since I couldn’t take the chair apart, nor could I repackage it to return it. The seller has been very understanding. The chair really is lovely and well made. I wish it could have worked out in the end. I thought this reclined but it doesn't. That is my fault for not reading the description. As others have noted, the sage green comes across blueish even grayish. Not what I was hoping for. I started a conversation to return it with the seller as they are expecting me to pay for shipping. So if you're on the fence about buying it, thinking, if you don't like it, you'll return it, get ready to pay a high price to return. I will update this review if the seller helps me out. I already assembled it and the chair seat won't budge off the base so, I'm guessing that getting it packaged up to return it will be as much cost as the chair actually cost. I love this desk chair! It looks lovely, very chic. It is well proportioned and comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair on my own. Directions were fairly clear. I had trouble getting the wheels to stay in place; one kept coming off. I just needed to more forcefully insert it. It comes in a large cumbersome box which is to be expected. A steal for the price. My rating is based on the price, in part. This chair looks designer level great, appears sturdy and, for the price is comfortable. I'd spend more for a more comfortable chair if I sat at a desk 8 hours a day, but for the 1/2 hour here and there, this chair is a steal.

Chair arrived as promised, was well packaged and was easy to assemble with the clear instructions. Looks great, although personally, the brass base is pretty dominant. I found the ergonomics not as comfortable as the chair it replaced. I must sit very upright to be comfortable, and while this may be good for a short while, I anticipate it won’t be that comfortable when I begin to slouch a bit. I realize this is a subjective judgement that may not apply to everyone. I’m thinking that if I ever buy another chair, I’ll go to a store where I can actually sit in several chairs to see which feels best. ... show more

I do not recommend this chair, it does look nice and did receive lots of compliments at my office regarding the appearance. It was never the most comfortable chair but i was ok with that because of the aesthetics. over the year i have had to retighten the arms and screws will fall out of the legs. i should have honestly attempted to return it then but i just fixed the issues and went on with my work day. I purchased the chair in Nov 2024 and April 2026 it broke at the base of the chair, not something i could repair. I contacted the seller and the warrantee is for a year, they advised me to purchase another chair and offered a 10% discount. I would not spend the money on it again. ... show more

So easy to put together only took about maybe 20 minutes max this seat is absolutely perfect for someone that is looking for a nice oversized cushion leather chair that is not too bulky or too big. The color was spot on and looks great in all lighting. I was able to put it together on my own easily, the instructions were pretty straightforward. The cushions are comfortable, would maybe recommend a small back pillow for lumbar support! Great purchase overall!
