so its only been one week, which means i cant say how this is going to last long term. however, this couch is by far the best thing amazon has ever given me!!! some things i was concerned about when i was purchasing: 1. size: its huge. when you put it in the stacked/sofa bed configuration, its easily as big as (if not bigger than) a queen bed. perfect guest bed for at least 2. im 5'7" for reference (pictures). 2. assembly: easy. the boxes are heavy, but u can roll them. did it by myself in an hour. 3. color!!!! i wanted an orange couch. the product says "chocolate" but the reviews said "salmon". i agree with salmon. almost coral. softer orange, so if you want a subtle pop of color this is PERFECT. i attached pics in different lighting so you can judge. 4. quality: amazing. the seat cushions are sturdy but they are so comfortable to sit and lay on. the base is super sturdy. was a little skeptical of the plastic feet, but so far so good. 5. sliding around: none. was very worried the pieces would slip around all over the carpet. i have a normal, low pile area rug and these things dont move. if youre still worried, IT COMES WITH CONNECTORS! 6. low maintenance: i HATE having to maintain a couch (fix the cushions, adjust the pillows, whatever). with this thing, it just sits perfectly. you only have to adjust when you want to reconfigure. some things i think could be improved: 1. back pillows: they just kinda flop wherever. however, they do the job and they give the couch a more boho look! plus, because theyre thinner, the cushions feel much deeper. its just- theyre the only thing that i wouldnt describe as amazing. do not let the back cushions prevent you from seriously considering this couch. 2. storage: the storage space is amazing. every section has a storage compartment. (super great for small apartments!) however, you kinda have to take the section apart to get in there. again, worth it. random note: if youre planning to keep the couch in a configuration with 3 sections as the base/foundation like i did- back corner to back corner is 92.5". couldnt find this measurement in the product pictures & had to do the math (ew), which was wrong anyway. i will update this review after a few months to speak on durability over time. overall- go for it. its cheaper, but the quality is amazing. not too good to be true:)

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my review to ensure I could provide a thorough, well-rounded opinion after testing out the couch. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase! The couch arrived in three large boxes. Once my husband assembled the first piece, he quickly moved through the rest. The couch feels sturdy and well-made, though it is a bit on the short side. While the back cushions add some height, the couch sits fairly low to the ground. The seats are spacious and roomy, which we love, and being able to move the piece around and customize the design is a huge plus. We also appreciate the convenient storage space under the cushions. The removable, washable covers were a key selling point for us, especially with young kids and pets at home. In terms of comfort, I’d rate it a 6/10. It’s not the softest couch we’ve ever sat on, but with some comfy throw pillows and a cozy blanket, it becomes much more comfortable. We’ve all napped on it without any complaints. The only issue is the back cushions— they tend to slide down constantly. I wish there were Velcro or something similar to keep them in place. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a little frustrating. Considering the price, I absolutely think this couch is worth it. The size, storage, quality, customizable design, and washable covers make it an incredible value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal, as it’s hard to beat the combination of features and quality at this price point.

Update after about a year! - we still love this couch. Very durable for three adults, 2 cats, and a large breed dog. Washing the covers with care, cold water and then we have only ever hung to dry bc I’m super paranoid with shrinking. We do love that the covers are so tight fitting, the cushions have stayed nice and firm without deflating. I’d say the inside foam is super delicate so we have to be so careful when removing and replacing covers. Some of the thin foam layers have torn a little during the process but we just take extra care now. I think we are due to re-screw some of the backing and sides to keep it tight, coming a little loose with use. We may purchase the loveseat to add a few more pieces but it would great to see each individual piece sold incase we need to replace any or want to add just an ottoman or something! Overall though this was a great buy and perfect for us! We have been on the hunt for an affordable sectional that hit all our boxes - modular, storage, washable, comfy. This ended up being a really great option. Plush yet still has some firmness so it feels like a nice quality piece. We haven’t washed it yet though, can’t speak to that but excited to have that feature. Storage in every cushion is great, though since the tops are more like lids with no hinges, you really have to take the whole cushion off the lid piece to easily put the lid back on correctly - not the end of the world but not the most convenient. Only giving 4 stars because the color isn’t really a chocolate, we were hoping for some kinds of natural brown/tan/chocolate but this is a bit more on the salmon/orange side. We still love it thought but just not the most accurate color.

I was a little hesitant to get a couch on amazon & then feel I was stuck with it. I did a ton of research & this one seemed to have everything i wanted! Size, storage compartments & modular. And the best part is it can be made into a big bed for cozy naps!!! I am so extremely happy with the outcome of this couch. It was firm at first but over time it becomes more comfortable. We've got the beige color which can be nerve wracking for pet parents or kid parents. BUT everything is washable!! So thats a WIN!!! We've had the couch for 6 months now & my best friend actually decided to get the same one after seeing mine! Whats is if you want to thicken up the pillows more, you can easily stuff filler in them to give a more fluffed look! Be patient, the cushions & pillows take a few days to reach full size! If you do have cats like i do who like to dig their claws.. definitely get some sort of cat deterrent scratching spray or those clear scratching stickers to protect the fabric. The threads do pull out quite easily. If you need a nee couch that is comfortable & still affordable & you're on the fence about this couch, do it!! You wont regret it!!

Amazing customer service! We originally received only 3 of the 4 boxes that were shipped. I reached out to Hulala Homr customer service directly and they responded same day to all of my messages and were in contact with FedEx to try to locate the box after FedEx changed the status to delivered but we still hadn't received it, they offered to send another box so that our order was complete. The box was shipped promptly and arrived within 3 days. Now for the sofa. It is comfortable to sit on, convenient storage underneath each seat. After the 48 hours of re-inflation time for the cushions they become even more comfortable. The pillows for the back did not fluff up as much as I anticipated but they are not awful. I love how customizable this couch is. Each seat is held in place by 2 metal u shaped clips that attach it to the adjacent seat, making reconfiguration a breeze! I would 10/10 recommend this product to a friend!

Cute and would be practical but it’s low quality. The couch cushion covers started to fall apart after THREE washes (month THREE as we only put them through the washer once a month AND we followed the cleaning directions in the manual). It’s been a year now and the covers are beyond frayed and even ripped in some places so we are already looking for a new couch. Just spend the extra money and get a couch that will last.

Overall a nice, decent and comfortable sofa. The back support is low, and I noticed some loose threads but not a huge problem. I only wish the storage compartment was easier to lift up and place back in. It’s a disappointment as I was really hoping to use the storage compartment.
