Have had this spa for about 6 months now, using it 2-3 times a week. I love the adjustable jets and how little space it takes on my patio, compared to a multiperson unit. Has been PERFECT for my single person usage. Getting in the hottub whenever I want - priceless. Maintaining proper chemical balance had it's own learning curve at no fault to the tub itself. Albeit being actually easier and cheaper to maintain as a smaller unit. Proper hottub protocols like showering before use and avoiding using lotions and such can help maintain the chemical balance for a longer time. The reason I hesitate to give full stars is due to the lack of insulation. While it has a sturdy frame and generic paneled enclosure, the lack of insulation inside the enclosure causes the unit to have to work harder to maintain a useable temperature. Cross referencing the colder days with my electricity smart meter from before and after installation provided insight into how much my electric bill usage increased during these times. I am currently considering getting the tub professionally insulated to offset this electric usage. While not outrageous, the increase was tangible. I also had one unfortunate incident when the cover blew off in some strong winds contaminating the tub with a lot of West Texas dirt. In hindsight, i should have installed the provided cover locks when i got it. Wish that would have come already done. Photo reference - I am 5" and it kinda swallows me. Love mine! Size is good for someone larger than my 5’5” frame. Jets work great, wish the cord was a little longer but other than that I’ve been very happy with the unit.

Wish it came with instruction manual. Was able to get answers by phone but would have preferred manual.

    • Poorly designed water jet.
There is a waterfall feature at the foot end of the tub that is very poorly designed. The outlet shoots water straight up in the air when the jets are on and water goes all over outside of the tub.

Hot tub 3 weeks after warranty ran out. Got in. Great. Turned jets on. Great. Turned them off. There were ball bearings in the bottom. Black pieces in the water & sticking to the spots on the walls. My headrest was disintegrating that was the black stuff. Ball bearings were from a dual jet. Customer service is horrible. No help from service tech. Price for jet replacement around $18. Shipping is $15. No returns. The picture didn't match my jet. VERBAL guarantee was all they'd give me. NO RETURNS, NO SHIPMENT REFUND. The headrest is not like the original one. The jet is all plastic except for the ball bearings. I don't think these parts were covered under the warranty anyway. It's a piece pf plastic. Can't get the jet anywhere else. Might have done it one time but there's 4 dual & 2 single jets. This one hardly lasted a year. Add up that $15/shipping every time! I will never buy from this company again! ... show more

Perfect size hot tub for 1 or 2 people. Quite roomy. The spray nozzles work amazing and are so relaxing. Has a water fall in one corner which changes to different colored lights throughout you hot tub time. I absolutely love love love my new hot tub. The cover is easy to put on and take off unlike my last one. I would give this hot tub a solid 10! Don’t waste your money on wicked expensive hot tubs, this hot tub is reasonably priced & works better then the expensive ones anyday! ... show more
