    • Nice laptop, but wish I had realized there was no numeric keypad
This laptop is just as advertised--it's quick, the touch screen works great. The picture is clear and vibrant. No problems with windows 11. No major issues getting my files loaded. I am struggling with a couple of issues. one is totally my fault--no numeric keypad--I thought I had verified that every laptop I was considering had numeric keys, but not this one. I see that there is a virtual keyboard available with an option to include a numeric keypad, but I haven't yet determined how I can get in a comfortable typing position to use a virtual keyboard. One gripe about the keyboard that is not my fault--There is no distinction for the "home keys", where you can place your index fingers on the "f" and "j" keys without looking at the keyboard. And the individual keys are larger than I am used to, so I have so many typos that my mail is totally unreadable, requiring so many corrections. Also, I know this is common, but every program seems to open a screen full of click bait, so I have had to figure out how to quiet the programs down, so I can work. ... show more

    • Nice product, but check the sensor drivers
So far, I am really enjoying this computer. The tablet mode is very nice for when I want to do some quick browsing or play games with the touchscreen. My main issue with it is that the sensor drivers my laptop came with were outdated and would not flip the screen when the device was rotated. You may need to contact customer support and get them to send you the correct driver files since mine would not update on their own. ... show more
