Great value for your money. My MacBook came with no scratches or chips missing. All buttons and function work perfectly. The battery life seems like it's brand new. It holds a charge for a very long time, not sure exactly how long though. In the battery life settings, it shows the MacBook has normal battery life. I don't know why apple removed the percentage health, but I'm assuming "normal" battery life is either 90 or 95 percent and up. Overall I have no complaints and I love how smooth easy everything is. Also, I saw there were a lot of reviews saying that they had a non-Apple or defective charging cable, but mine is an Apple charging cable. I know this because on the cube, it says its designed in Apple California and its got the model number and stuff.

I received my MacBook Air (2022 M2) today. I charged it to full capacity and have using it all day and only used 10 percent battery. Of course this is with typing up documents and using the web. Let me tell you, this laptop is not refurbished. It came in the original SEALED Apple packaging! This seller is amazing when it comes to these laptops. I was amazed that it is new and in the original packaging. The cost was less than buying on the Apple store and is worth every penny. This MacBook Air is so quiet! No fans to annoy me when downloading updates or prolonged use. This is exactly what I needed to replace my 10 year old MacBook. The M2 processor is very fast and the keys are actually satisfying to type on. The trackpad is huge and is perfect for browsing the web and documents. If you're on the fence about buying a refurbished Apple laptop, get it from this seller!! I bought the midnight color. Love it! It does keep a lot of fingerprints though so I keep the microfiber cloth handy...😂

So dissapointed. The laptop arrived on time and looked perfect out of the box, but when my son attempted to power it on, it would not power on and would not charge. Upon closer examination the charge port appears to be damaged. Ok, that was dissapointing so I thought i would just send it back, however the usual simplified process of selecting a location to drop off the package and getting a barcode was not an option. Instead the only option provided was to have UPS pick up tha package after I had to print out a a lable and repackage the product, then wait between 14-30 days to receive a refund, then another 7 days till the funds are available. So I can't even replace the gift for at least another month. That's just not right. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a "renewed" laptop from Amazon, especially if it's a high priced gift.

I think this was suppoed to be refurbished, but it's in perfect condition - no wear or tear whatsoever, so whether or not it's brand new isn't even an issue for me, it feels as new as any other mac I've purchased. The battery life is absolutely insane, like SEVERAL HOURS of battery life without even worrying about it. This was a total impulse purchase, I didn't need it as I already have a newer macbook pro, I just hate lugging the macbook pro around, and this seemed like an easier laptop to carry around when I'm working outside of the office, and it definitely is. My only gripe is that it's small, but that's not really a valid gripe. I knew what I was getting, and performance wise, it's way better than I imagined.

The computer they sent for the premium works fine and no scratches but the adapter is generic and quit working after two times. Contacted Amazon and I would have had to send the whole programmed computer back to them for a simple adapter that didn’t work. If one part doesn’t work just have us send back the part that doesn’t work not the already programmed computer. I went ahead and ordered the apple adapter and cord to play it safe. Wish they would send apple accessories with the apple computer not cheap generic ones. They are already expensive enough.

Nowadays laptops are getting so powerful and efficient that it isn’t as important to get the newest one. I’m just using this for my work as a real estate agent so all I need is for it to be light, slim, and get great battery life, which it absolutely does. I was a bit nervous to get a refurbished one, but after half a year it has been flawless, works perfectly and LOOKS brand new. I ran a battery test on it and it has almost no degradation and for my uses of it, the battery lasts anywhere from all day to 3-4 days. Absolutely incredible from a used laptop from a few years ago.

I was a little reluctant to by a "used" computer, I was persuaded by the price and the fact this one was marked "Premium." Turned out to be a good call. It is super! In fact, although it is a 2022 model, I think it is actually new. It came well packaged and clean. Everything works like it is brand new.
