I've owned this Chromebook since 2022 with zero issues and I'm pretty rough on it. I'm a teacher and have taken it to school with me everyday for the last 3 years without any protective gear other than my tote bag/backpack and it's never given me problems. This is very versatile. I can use it like a tablet and like a laptop. The battery life is very good. This purchase was mainly so I could finish college courses and as a teaching tool. It has been helpful for me doing Sunday school and preaching. If you're an instructor of any sort this would be an awesome resource for you. Cost is quite generous. It won't break your wallet. The material that the screen was made out of felt very soft and was somewhat malleable - so it got easily scratched. To resolve this issue, just simply buy a screen protector. Other than that, the quality of the chromebook was average. However, I would say that the screen resolution was better than my previous chromebook, though I doubt that says much as it was years old. Another issue for me, is that this computer is only compatible with a passive stylus. These type of styli do not perform as well as active styli do. As someone who uses a stylus a lot for school work, it proved to be quite annoying to me. So if that is an issue for you, I would recommend finding a chromebook compatible with an active stylus. The final straw for me was when (mind you after just a few weeks of having just bought it) the computer started opening random tabs uncontrollably. It made it so difficult to control it to where I had to spend some time just trying to close out the chromebook. Also, when watching Hulu, or other streaming services, it started skipping through the video. I reckon that this issue is uncommon but I figured I should mention it as it motivated me into returning it. Anyway, I hope this review helped you in some way. ... show more
