When I received the product it was dusty and the power brick and cable were dirty. After about 10 days it was booting up to boot device not found. Customer service said I didn't have to pack it just drop it off at any UPS store. UPS rep stated the barcode shows customer packed. The PC came packaged well and was in good apparent condition. However, when booting for the first time it became apparent that the display port wasn't functioning properly. It cut in and out or had display quality issues. No worries - will try the second DP, right? Except it didn't function at all. The old HP mini PC continued to work fine with the same cable and monitor, but when swapped to this one, it would not work. If you have the time to risk checking one out to see if it will work for you, go for it as you might have better luck and, as I noted, it seemed to be in good shape. However, if you must have it work right out of the box, I'd take a different route. ... show more
